精细化管理对提高医院病案管理质量的研究探讨

目的 探究并分析在医院应用精细化管理对提高医院病案管理质量的效果。方法 选取2012年10月—2013年10月该院未施行精细化管理的18 469例病案资料作为对照组，2014年1月—2015年1月该院施行精细化管理后的20 331例病案作为观察组。对比两组病案的管理情况；对病案管理人员进行考核；并以调查问卷的形式统计患者的满意度。结果 医院病案管理中采用精细化管理的方法，能够显著提高医院的病案管理水平并降低医疗纠纷的发生率，同时可以提高病案管理人员的专业能力，提高患者的满意度。结论 精细化管理能有效提高医院病案管理的质量，值得推广应用。

［Abstract］Objective To explore and analyze the effect of fine management on improving the quality of hospital medical record management.Methods A total of October 2012 to October 2013 in our hospital not the purposes of fine management of 18 469 cases of medical record information as the control group，in our hospital from January 2014—2015 January implementation of fine management of 20 331 cases of medical record as the observation group.Comparison of two groups of medical records management；examination of the medical records management personnel；and in the form of questionnaire statistics of patients satisfaction.Results In the hospital medical record management by fine management method，can significantly improve the management level of hospital medical records and reduce the incidence of medical disputes，and improve the professional competence of medical record management personnel，improve the patient's satisfaction.Conclusion Fine management can effectively improve the quality of hospital medical record management.It is worthy of popularization and application.

医院的病案需要详细记录患者的个人信息、病情及医务人员对患者采取的措施，包括所做检查、检查报告和使用药品等［1］。近年来，随着患者自我保护意识增强和新的医改方案不断深入，建立完善的医院病案管理办法显得尤为重要［2］。该院自2014年起将精细化管理理论应用到医院的病案管理中，取得的效果满意，现报道如下。

1　资料与方法

1.1一般资料

选择该院2012年10月—2013年10月未施行精细化管理的18 469例病案资料作为对照组，2014年1月—2015年1月该院施行精细化管理后的20 331例病案作为观察组。施行精细化管理模式前后的病案资料无明显区别，且均由该院的病案管理人员进行管理操作，两组病案资料具有可比性（P＞0.05）。……
