加强分析前检验质量管理，促进检验与临床良性互动

目的 探究加强分析前检验质量管理的有效手段，建立全程检验质量管理体系，促进检验与临床的良性互动，提升医院整体医疗质量。方法 通过分析前检验质量保证知识宣教、与临床医生加强加强交流、与护理人员加强沟通和对标本运送人员加强岗前培训、建立临床科室考评制度、推行检验医师制度和加强信息化建设。结果 检验前质量的把关异常重要，关系着后续工作的展开，检验前进行数据统计的明显高于未进行统计的，各个步骤相辅相成，至关重要，缺一不可。结论 加强分析前检验质量管理，建立全程检验质量管理体系，有效的促进了检验与临床的良性互动，临床质量显著提高，为提升医院整体的医疗质量做出了巨大的贡献。

［Abstract］Objective To explore effective means of strengthening the inspection prior to the analysis of quality management，the establishment of full inspection of quality management system，and promote positive interaction and clinical testing，and improve the overall quality of medical care hospital.Methods By analyzing the quality assurance inspection before missionary knowledge，clinicians and strengthen strengthen exchanges，enhance communication with caregivers and strengthening pre-service training for specimen transport personnel，the establishment of clinical departments evaluation system，the implementation of systems and strengthen laboratory physician information technology.Results Check test results before the quality is extremely important，the relationship between conduct follow-up work before the test was used for statistical significantly higher than statistics，and complement each step，it is essential and indispensable.Conclusion Analysis strengthen inspection before the quality of management，the establishment of full inspection of quality management system，effectively promote positive interaction and clinical testing，clinical quality improved significantly，to enhance the overall quality of medical care has made tremendous contribution to the hospital.

分析前检验质量管理即是指在质量检验之前进行严格的质量处理把关，对某种特性进行针对性的观察、测量、实验，并将测验结果与标准数据比对，判断不足。质量管理是检验质量管理和建设的难点，医院检验科在医院机关的支持下，通过分析前检验质量保证知识宣教、建立临床科室分析前检验质量管理工作考评制度、推行检验医师制度和加强信息化建设等手段［1］。分析前质量管理的涉及人员主要有医护人员、标本运送和检验人员等，任意环节出现问题都有可能出现质量缺陷，且难以认定责任。……
