护理组长在护理管理中的作用探讨

目的 分析并探讨护理组长在护理管理中的作用。方法 通过对三个科室设置护理组长前后一年中，护理相关质量指标的比较，分析护理组长在护理管理中的作用。结果 设置护理组长后，科室护理质量、患者满意度等较前显著提高。结论 护理组长的设置，有助于护理人员的层级管理，强化了重点环节、重点病人的质控，充分发挥各层级人员的能动性，有力推动人才梯队的建设，有效地提高了护理质量和患者满意度，值得推广。

［Abstract］Objective To analyze and discuss the role of leader in the nursing care management.Methods Compare nursing-related quality indicators through the three departments set up Care Leader in the year before and after，Analyze the role of Care Leader in nursing management.Results After setting Care Leader，the quality of care department，patient satisfaction improvedsignificantly compared with the previous.Conclusion The set of Nursing leader is helpful to nursing staff level management，and strengthen quality controlthe of key areas and key patient，givefull play to the initiative at all levelsof personnel，strong impetus to the construction of echelon personnel，effectively improve the quality of care and patient satisfaction，worthy of promotion.

质量和安全是护理工作永恒的主题。随着护理学科的发展，以及人们健康观念和需求的转变，护理工作范畴及内涵也发生了质和量的变化［1］。如何优化配置人力资源，为患者提供更加专业化的护理，促进康复、改变病人结局是护理管理者需要不断思考和探索的问题。为此，笔者所在的医院经过试点后，从2015年1月起，多数科室在以往病区护士长一责任护士一助理护士的护理管理架构中增设了护理组长，充分发挥护理组长在护理管理中的作用，现报道如下。

1　资料与方法

1.1一般资料

根据护理人员情况，在以往病区护士长一责任护士一助理护士的架构中增设了护理组长（每个科室2～3名，每个小组20～30张床位，3～4名责任护士），形成护士长—护理组长一责任护士一助理护士新的护理架构。
