安全质量管理理念在医院药剂科管理中的应用探讨

目的 探讨安全质量管理理念在医院药剂科管理中的应用效果。方法 选取2014年1—12月作为此次研究的对照组，在医院药剂科管理实施常规管理，选取2015年1—12月作为此次研究的观察组，在医院药剂科管理实施安全质量管理理念，对两组管理下各随机抽取360例患者，对患者的资料进行回顾性分析，统计两组患者用药满意度状况、药品滥用、药品过期、药品损坏发生状况。结果 观察组药品滥用发生率2.2%、药品过期发生率1.7%、药品损坏发生率1.9%与对照组5.3%、4.4%、5.6%相比明显较低，P＜0.05，差异有统计学意义。观察组患者满意度评分为（91.5±5.7）分，明显高于对照组满意度评分（80.3±5.2）分，t=27.542，P＜0.05，差异有统计学意义。观察组患者满意度96.9%与对照组86.7%相比明显较高，P＜0.05，差异有统计学意义。结论 安全质量管理能有效减少药品滥用、药品过期及药品损坏发生率，提高药品管理效果，且能提高患者满意度，效果显著，可在医院药剂科管理中推广运用。

［Abstract］Objective To investigate the safety and quality management in the application of hospital pharmacy management effect.Methods In January 2014-December 2014 selected as the study of the control group，the routine management in hospital pharmacy management，in January 2015-December 2015，selected as the study group，the safety and quality management in hospital pharmacy management idea，under the management of two groups of randomly selected 360 patients each，of the patient's data were retrospectively analyzed，statistics of two groups of patients with medication satisfaction status，drug abuse，drug expired，the condition of drug damage occurred.Results The incidence of drug abuse observing group，incidence of 2.2%2.2%，the incidence of drug expired，drug damage 1.9%compared with the control group were 5.3%，4.4%，5.3%，significantly lower，P＜0.05，differences have statistical significance.Observation group of patients satisfaction score was（91.5±5.7），significantly higher than the control group satisfaction score（80.3±5.2），t=27.542，P＜0.05，differences have statistical significance.Observation group of patients satisfaction significantly higher compared with the control group 86.7%96.9%，P＜0.05，differences have statistical significance.Conclusion Safety and quality management can effectively reduce the incidence of drug abuse，drug expired and drug damage，improve the effect of drug management，and can improve patient satisfaction，obvious effect，can be applied in hospital pharmacy management.
