医院内分泌科护理临床带教分层次教学模式应用效果探析

目的 对内分泌科护理临床带教过程中，应用分层次教学模式取得的效果进行探讨，以改善教学质量。方法 将2014年6月分配至该院内分泌科的全部护生，根据其学历情况划成3个不同的层次，即本科、中专与大专，且对每个层次都分派相应的师资人员，选择了分层次教学的模式，来逐步开展教学计划。结果 在采取分层次教学模式之后，3个不同层次的护生在专科护理、理论知识、以及岗位职责与临床操作等方面都取得了明显的进步（P＜0.01）；有超过90%以上的护生肯定了分层次教学模式带教老师的综合能力，并给予了良好的评价。结论 通过对分层次教学模式的应用，极大改善了护理管理的效果。

［Abstract］Objective To explore the effect of applying different levels of teaching pattern in the process of clinical teaching in the Department of Endocrinology，and to improve the teaching quality.Methods 2014 June allocated to the hospital endocrinology of all nursing students，according to the education is divided into three different levels，namely undergraduate，secondary and tertiary，and on each level are assigned the corresponding teaching staff，select the hierarchical teaching mode，to gradually carry out the teaching plan.Results After using the hierarchical mode of teaching，three different levels of nursing students in nursing，theory of knowledge，and job responsibilities and the clinical operation aspects have made significant advances（P＜0.01）；over more than 90%of the nursing students confirmed the hierarchical teaching mode of teachers comprehensive ability，and gave a good evaluation.Conclusion Through the application of hierarchical teaching mode，and improve the effect of nursing management.

伴随着生活水平的不断提高，人们也比以往更加的关注身心健康，且逐渐增强了健康观念，因此，在护理方面迫切需要培养出高素质的、符合目前社会发展需求的护理人员［1］。临床带教是临床护理教学过程中一种十分重要的模式，通过这一模式将有助于护生从学习理论知识顺利过渡到临床护理实践中，对护理教学的整体效果有着非常大的影响［2］。以往所采取的统一教学模式难以适应目前临床教学的新形势，为了能使临床带教效果得到显著增强，该院内分泌科在2014年6月的护理临床带教过程中，开始实行分层次教学模式，取得了理想的效果，现报道如下。……
