多样化护理宣教对短暂性脑缺血发作患者疾病知识掌握情况的影响分析

目的 分析对短暂性脑缺血发作患者施行多样化护理宣教对其疾病知识掌握情况产生的影响。方法 收集该院接诊的患短暂性脑缺血发作的80例患者，将其随机分成两组：对照组（n=40），给予常规护理措施；研究组（n=40），在对照组的护理基础上加用多样化护理宣教进行干预。通过该院自制的知识调查问卷对两组患者的疾病知识掌握情况进程评估比较分析，并观察两组患者的心理状态变化情况。结果 研究组患者发病后3个月的各项疾病知识掌握评分及总分均明显高于刚发病时及对照组发病后3个月，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。两组患者发病后3个月的HAMD评分与SDS评分均有明显降低，其中又以研究组的差异更为显著，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 对短暂性脑缺血发作患者施行多样化护理宣教有助于提高患者的疾病知识掌握程度，改善患者的心理状态。

［Abstract］Objective To analyze the influence of diversified nursing education on the disease knowledge mastery in patients with transient ischemic attack.Methods 80 patients with transient ischemic attack and who accepted treatments in our hospital were selected，and the patients were divided into two groups.In the control group（n=40），they were given the routine nursing care while in the study group（n=40），on the basis of the treatment in the control group，they were given the diversified nursing education and intervention.Then，the process assessment of knowledge of the disease of the two groups of patients were compared and analyzed through our hospital self made knowledge questionnaire，and the psychological state of the two groups of patients were compared and analyzed.Results After the onset of the disease for 3 months，the knowledge of the various diseases of the score and total score of patients in the study group were significantly higher than at the onset of the disease and after the onset of the group for 3 months，the difference was statistically significant（P＜0.05）.The HAMD score and SDS score of two groups of patients were significantly decreased after the onset of the disease for 3 months，and the difference in the study group was more significant（P＜0.05），the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion The implementation of diversified nursing education for patients with transient ischemic attack are helpful to improve the level of knowledge of the disease and improve the psychological state of patients.
