早期康复护理对老年股骨颈骨折半髋关节置换术后临床护理效果分析

目的 观察早期康复护理在老年股骨颈骨折半髋关节置换术的干预效果。方法 选取该院2011年1月—2016 年1月收治的60例行半髋关节置换术治疗的老年股骨颈骨折患者作为研究对象，在所有患者均已签署知情同意书后随机分为对照组及研究组各30例，对照组采取常规护理，研究组接受早期康复护理，比较两组患者干预效果。结果研究组护理满意度93.3%，与对照组80%相比较，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；两组患者Harris评分、Barthel指数、生活质量相比较，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 早期康复护理可显著提高行半髋关节置换术的老年股骨颈骨折患者临床护理效果，可以作为首选方案加以推广使用。

［Abstract］Objective To observe the effect of early rehabilitation nursing in the elderly patients with femoral neck fracture with the effect of half hip replacement.Methods Selected in our hospital January 2011 to 2016 January 60 cases of half hip arthroplasty in the treatment of femoral neck fracture patients as the research object，in all of the patients had been signed informed consent book were randomly divided into control group and the study group，30 cases in each group，the control group take routine nursing，the research group received early rehabilitation nursing，compared two groups of patients with intervention effect.Results Study group，nursing satisfaction 93.3%，compared with the control group of 80%，the difference is statistically significant（P＜0.05）；compared two groups of Harris scores of the patients，Barthel index，quality of life，the difference is statistically significant（P＜0.05）.Conclusion Early rehabilitation nursing can significantly improve the treatment of femoral neck fracture in elderly patients with femoral neck fracture，and it can be used as the first choice to promote the use of the treatment of femoral neck fracture.

股骨颈骨折（femoral neck fracture）是目前老年人最为常见的骨折类型，并且随着我国步入老龄化社会，该病症发病几率呈现出显著上升态势，给患者正常生活带来严重影响［1］。目前临床针对股骨颈骨折采取的治疗方案以手术治疗为主，髋关节置换术以其疗效确切、安全性高而被患者广为青睐。但是，由于老年股骨颈骨折患者身体机能普遍处于衰退状态，骨折不愈合等现象普遍存在并逐渐成为患者及临床关注的重要问题［2］。在康复医学（Physiatrics）快速发展下，给予老年股骨颈骨折患者术后良好的康复护理将有助于提高其手术治疗效果，已经引起临床的高度关注［3］。……
