康复护理干预对脑卒中偏瘫患者生活质量的影响

目的对脑卒中偏瘫患者的康复护理干预效果进行探讨。方法选取308例脑卒中偏瘫患者，将其分为两组，干预组154例患者对其进行康复护理，对照组154例患者对其进行一般护理，最终对两组患者的生活质量进行比较分析。结果干预组患者生活质量要强于治疗之前，并发症发生率要比对照组患者低很多，干预组的患者的致残率与对照组患者相比也比较低，上述数据对比差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论脑卒中偏瘫患者可以通过康复护理干预来提升生活质量，而且此种方法能够最大程度的提升患者的自主锻炼意识，最大程度减少患者致残率，对于患者的预后恢复有着积极的作用，可以进行广泛的推广使用。

［Abstract］Objective To rehabilitation nursing intervention on stroke patients with hemiplegia were analyzed.Methods 308 stroke patients were divided into two groups，the intervention group on the rehabilitation nursing of 154 patients，the control of the general nursing group of 154 patients，the final of the two groups of patients with quality of life the results were compared and analyzed.Results The patients quality of life better than before treatment，the complication rate is much lower than the control group of patients，the patients in the intervention group and the control group of patients compared to the disability rate is relatively low，the data difference was statistically significant（P＜0.05）.Conclusion Patients with stroke can improve life the quality of the rehabilitation nursing intervention，and this method can maximize the patient's autonomy exercise consciousness，to minimize patient morbidity，the prognosis for patients with complex.A positive effect，can be widely used.

脑卒中常被人们称之为“中风”，属于急性脑血管疾病，该疾病最为典型的后遗症就是偏瘫。脑卒中偏瘫患者行动不便，无法自理，如不及时有效地进行康复护理，可能会直接瘫痪，再也无法康复，因此医生与患者对后期的康复治疗都非常关注。该文选取308例患者，对其中的154例患者采用了针对性的康复护理干预治疗，以此探究康复护理干预对脑卒中偏瘫患者生活质量的提升所产生的具体影响，现报道如下。
