医疗设备管理信息化建设思考

现阶段，电子科技的发展逐渐带领我国步入了数字化时代，在医院构建信息系统以管理临床信息和医疗设备成为可能，现代化医院也由此应运而生。十几年来，该院在引进固定资产管理系统的基础上，通过自主研发，已在医疗设备信息化管理方面取得一定成就。该文立足该院研发实践，充分运用现代科学技术，对医疗设备全过程信息化管理的设计与实现进行阐述，旨在为提升医院管理水平及医疗质量提供参考依据。

［Abstract］At the present stage，the development of electronic technology gradually lead our country entered the digital age，to build the information system to manage clinical information and medical equipment may be in the hospital，the hospital modernization has thus arises at the historic moment.Over the past 10 years，our hospital in the introduction of fixed asset management system，based on the independent research and development，has made some achievements in the management of medical equipment information.Based research and development practice in our hospital，make full use of modern science and technology，carries on the elaboration of medical equipment information management during the design and the realization，in order to provide reference for improving the level of hospital management and medical quality.

在我国医疗领域，医学技术的发展使医疗设备种类日渐丰富，医疗设备数量也在不断增加。在这一发展背景下，借助信息技术实现医疗设备精细化管理逐渐成为了医院管理工作需求。然而，医院信息化建设近年来虽发展迅速，但却多集中于医疗活动之中，如以挂号、开药、收费、发药为基础的HIS系统等，针对医疗设备的信息化建设则相对发展缓慢。对此，卫生部在颁发的《医疗卫生机构医学装备管理办法》和《医疗器械临床安全使用管理规范》中明确强调，医院需注重医疗设备管理，并通过信息化管理来提高设备的使用效率和管理效率。2006年，该院引进了“金仕达卫宁THIS4.0”版本的固定资产管理系统。在此后10年间，该院陆续自主研发了维修服务报告单录入系统和集固定资产管理系统、物资设备申购采购系统于一体的内网系统，后续又添加了外修登记，计量标记，合同管理、报废申请审批等功能，医疗设备信息化管理建设日渐完善。……
