【摘要】分析我国近年来的发展趋势，建筑业是发展比较迅速的领头行业，其的健康发展对我国未来的经济有重大影响，为此，对于建筑行业必须站在统筹管理的角度上，审视发展中的问题和发展方向，并以此作为参考，制定出可持续发展的策略，才能切实改进行业漏洞，推动建筑行业的进一步发展。

【Abstract】Analysis of development trend of China in recent years， the construction industry is the relatively rapid development of leading industry， the healthy development have a significant impact on the future of our economy， for the construction industry must stand for the overall management perspective， examine the development of problems and development， and as a reference to develop a strategy for sustainable development， in order to effectively improve industry vulnerability， and promote the further development of the construction industry.

建筑行业是影响我国经济发展和社会发展最大的产业之一，它的发展同时带动着一系列相关产业的发展。据统计，建筑行业的销售额占经济总收入的40%左右，其相关行业的从业人员也位居全国首位，在我国排名前十的公司里，有七家都与房地产、建筑行业相关。但目前来看，我国的建筑行业在发展过程中还存在众多问题，豆腐渣工程、建筑质量不合格等消息屡屡充斥报纸，影响了未来的发展。对此，我们必须充分认识其中的问题，并明确未来的发展方向。

1. 我国建筑行业当前发展面对的困难

（1）行业发展潜力不足。

我国建筑行业发展虽然迅速，但是有效利用率不高，开发较为粗犷，管理模式不够规范，造成大量的资源浪费，而且我国工业化进度较慢，建筑行业里的企业发展也是参差不齐，大部分私企为了节约成本，不会在建筑科技应用方面投入过多，专有技术过少，缺乏高素质高技能人才，一线从业人员素质普遍较低。在建筑行业里的从业人员，有60%以上是农民工，大专学历人才只占3%，而且由于私企效益一般，公司制度不够完善，导致人才大量外流，留下的庸才居多[1]。……
