摘 要：公共交通是一座城市的窗口，关乎城市形象与广大市民切身利益。未来几年内，苏州面临地铁修建，新道路建设等因素，苏州交通还会处于拥堵状况。加强公共交通换乘建设，不仅能方便市民出行，更能提高资源利用率，缓解城区交通拥堵现象。文章在深入分析苏州市区公共交通换乘的现状、问题和成因后，提出加快苏州市区公共交通换乘系统建设的对策和建议。

Abstract： Public transportation is a city of the window， which is about the city's image and the vital interests of the general public. In the next few years， it will face with the construction of subway and new road， which will cause the traffic congestion. Strengthening the construction of public transport interchanges can not only facilitate travel， but also increase resource utilization and ease urban traffic congestion. The paper proposes strategies and recommendations for speeding up the construction of public transportation transfer system after analyzing the current public transport interchanges problems in Suzhou city.

公共交通是一座城市的窗口，关乎城市形象与广大市民切身利益。换乘是指出行者通过两种或是两种以上交通工具之间的转换前往目的地，从而完成出行的一种出行方式。公共交通换乘包括公共交通工具之间的换乘和个体交通与公共交通之间的换乘两种情况。加强公共交通换乘建设，不仅能方便市民出行，更能提高资源利用率，缓解城区交通拥堵现象。

未来几年内，苏州面临地铁修建，新道路建设等因素，苏州交通还会处于拥堵状况[1-2]。如果不加强公共交通换乘建设，充分利用现有道路设施，会给苏州交通带来不良影响，甚至让苏州公交建设效果大打折扣，影响苏州大发展。

纵览各国城市解决交通拥堵的策略，大力发展公共交通、优化公交换乘无疑是一项有效的措施。然而目前，苏州的公共交通换乘建设状况并不令人乐观。
