电视胸腔镜治疗纵隔肿瘤46例术前术后护理体会

目的探讨电视胸腔镜治疗纵隔肿瘤46例术前术后护理体会。方法随机数字表法选取安阳市中医院外二科2014年1月—2016年1月收治的101例纵膈肿瘤病患，通过纵膈肿瘤部位的不同分为两组，对照组50例采用术前术后常规护理，实验组51例病患采用在术前术后常规护理上加用优质护理，比较两组的手术前后效果和临床护理效果。结果实验组手术时间（69.35±8.67）min、术中出血量（71.25±8.91）mL、及住院时间（9.23±1.15）d均低于对照组手术时间（81.62±10.20）min、术中出血量（86.72±10.84）mL、住院时间（10.51±1.31）d，而实验组下床活动时间（12.35±1.54）min优于对照组下床活动时间（9.23±1.16）min，其差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。实验组的临床护理效果总有效率（96.08%）显著高于和对照组的临床护理效果总有效率（82.00%），其差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论针对胸腔镜手术病患采取积极的心理护理、手术前指导暨手术结束后的护理，对手术及术后尽快恢复健康都有裨益，这是恢复健康的核心因素，确实具备临床应用推广价值。

［Abstract］Objective To explore the nursing experience of 46 cases of mediastinal tumor treated by video assisted thoracic surgery.Methods Random number table method selection of Anyang City Hospital of traditional Chinese medicine；January 2014 to January 2016 treated 101 cases of mediastinal tumor disease patients by mediastinal tumor were divided into two groups，50 cases in the control group were treated with preoperative and postoperative routine nursing，the experimental group of 51 patients，patients with preoperative routine nursing after the operation with high quality nursing and compared between the two groups before and after the operation effect and clinical nursing effect. Results Experimental group operation time（69.35±8.67）min，intraoperative blood loss（71.25±8.91）ml，and length of stay（9.23±1.15）d were lower than the control group operation time（81.62±10.20）min，the amount of blood loss （86.72±10.84）mL，length of stay（10.51±1.31）d，In experimental group，the time of getting out of bed（12.35±1.54）min was better than that of control group（9.23±1.16）min，and the difference was significant（P＜0.05）.The clinical nursing effect of the experimental group（96.08%）was significantly higher than that of the control group and the total effective rate（82%），the difference was significant（P＜0.05）.Conclusion Thoracoscopy in military Patients psychological nursing，preoperative instruction，postoperative nursing，the rapid operation and postoperative recovery is beneficial is a key factor in the rehabilitation of the disease，and worthy of clinical popularization and application.
