脑心通联合养血清脑颗粒治疗紧张性头痛的疗效分析

脑心通联合养血清脑颗粒治疗紧张性头痛的疗效分析

目的对脑心通联合养血清脑颗粒治疗紧张性头痛患者进行观察，探讨临床疗效及安全性。方法选择2014年4月—2016年3月在该院内科就诊的129例紧张性头痛患者为研究对象，随机分为实验组65例和对照组64例，两组患者均给予养血清脑颗粒治疗，观察组在对照组基础上口服步长脑心通胶囊，疗程4w，然后进行疗效评价。结果治疗4周后两组患者观察组总有效率81.54%＞对照组70.31%，两组比较差异有统计学意义 （P＜0.05）。两组患者头痛积分治疗后观察组（2.95±.1.20）分、对照组（4.55±1.21）分较治疗前观察组（6.23±1.53）、对照组（6.14±1.25）均明显减少，治疗前后比较，P＜0.05，差异有统计学意义；观察组治疗后头痛积分（2.95±.1.20）分与对照组治疗后（4.55±1.21）分相比，两组患者治疗后头痛缓解情况比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05），观察组下降幅度更为明显。结论脑心通联合养血清脑颗粒治疗紧张性头痛临床效果较好，安全性较高，可作为临床联合用药治疗紧张性头痛。

［Abstract］Objective To Naoxintong capsule combined with nourishing Qing brain granule for the treatment of tension headache patients were observed and to investigate the clinical efficacy and safety.Methods From April 2014 to March 2016，129 patients with tension headache in our hospital were selected as study subjects，randomly assigned as the experimental group of 65 cases and 64 cases of the control group.Two groups of patients were given Yangxueqingnao Granule in treating，the observation group in the control group on the basis of oral Buchang Naoxintong capsule，course of treatment 4W，Then carries on the curative effect appraisal.Results After treatment of 4W，the total efficiency of the observation group 81.54%＞CK group 70.31%，two groups were significant differences（P＜0.05）.Headache score after treatment of two groups of patients，observation group（2.95±1.20）points、control group（4.55±1.21）points compared with before treatment，the observation group（6.23±1.53）、control group（6.14±1.25）were significantly reduced，compared before and after treatment，P＜0.05，with statistical significance；Headache score of observation group（2.95±1.20）after treatment compared to control group（4.55±1.21）points after treatment，comparison of headache relief after treatment in two groups was statistical significance（P＜0.05），and the observation group decreased more significantly.Conclusion Naoxintong combined with Yangxueqingnao Granule Naoxintong treat the tension headache，better clinical effect，higher security，can be used as a Clinical combination therapy in treatment of tension headache.

紧张性头痛［1］（tension-typeheadache，TTH）是原发性头痛中最常见的一种类型，以无搏动性钝痛和反复发作等为主要症状。目前对TTH发病病因尚不明确，治疗方案一直是临床谈论的重点。我院内科2014 年4月—2016年3月收治的129例紧张性头痛患者，应用养血清脑颗粒与脑心通联合用药的治疗方案取得不错效果，现整理报道如下。
