探讨人性化管理理念在神经内科护理管理中的效果

目的研究并探讨人性化管理理念在神经内科护理管理中的应用效果。 方法于2012年1月—2015年12月，选取该阶段内该院神经内科收治的100例患者作为研究对象，采取计算机随机分组法将这100例患者分为对照组、观察组，每组50例。对照组采取常规护理方案，观察组在常规护理方案中加入人性化管理理念。对两组患者干预前后的焦虑评分、抑郁评分以及睡眠质量指数进行比较，并对比两组患者的护理满意度。结果与干预前相比，干预后两组患者的焦虑评分、抑郁评分以及睡眠质量指数均明显降低（P＜0.05），但观察组的各项指标在干预后较之对照组干预后明显更低（P＜0.05）。观察组患者的护理满意度为96%，较之对照组的80%，明显更高（P＜0.05）。结论在神经内科患者的护理管理中应用人性化管理理念，可有效改善患者的心理状态和睡眠质量，还能有效提高患者对护理服务的满意度。

［Abstract］Objective To research and study the application effect of humanistic management concept in the nursing management in the neurology department.Methods 100 cases of patients admitted and treated in the neurology department of our hospital from January 2012 to December 2015 were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into two groups with 50 cases in each，the control group adopted conventional nursing plans，the observation group adopted humanistic management concept on the basis of the control group，and the anxiety score，depression score and sleep quality index before and after intervention of the two groups were compared，and the nursing satisfactory degree of the two groups was compared.Results The anxiety score，depression score and sleep quality index of the two groups after intervention were obviously decreased compared with those before intervention（P＜0.05），but the various indexes in the observation group after intervention were obviously lower than those in the control group（P＜0.05），the nursing satisfactory degree in the observation group was obviously higher than that in the control group（96%vs 80%）（P＜0.05）.Conclusion The application of humanistic management concept in nursing management for patients in the neurology department can effectively improve the mental state and sleeping quality of patients，and effectively improve the satisfactory degree of patients to nursing services.

神经内科患者的病情相对较为严重，护理难度较大，如何提高神经内科的护理服务质量是当前神经内科护理方面需要解决的重点、难点问题［1］。人性化管理理念是一种新型的护理理念，在临床护理方面正逐步展开应用［2］。为了探讨人性化管理理念在神经内科护理管理中的应用效果，该研究特于2012年1月—2015年12月选取100例神经内科患者进行研究，分别给予常规护理、常规护理+人性化管理理念，现报道如下。……
