体检人群健康教育需求状况分析

目的调查分析体检人群健康教育需求状况，并探讨相关对策。 方法将湖南省某医院接收的496名体检者作为研究对象，对其健康教育的内容与方式需求进行调查并分析。结果防病知识、营养知识以及运动知识是体检者希望获得健康知识前3项；体检者对健康教育方式的需求前3项分别为一对一讲解、电话咨询以及发放宣传资料。结论通过对体检人群健康教育需求状况的调查与分析，有针对性地实施健康教育，有利于加强人们的健康观念，改变不良的生活方式，提高人们的健康水平。

［Abstract］Objective To survey and analyze the demand condition for health education in physical examined population and study relevant countermeasures.Methods 496 cases of physical examiners admitted into some hospital in Hunan province were selected as the research objects，and the demand for the content and form of health education was surveyed and analyzed.Results Prevention disease knowledge，nutrition knowledge and motor knowledge were the first three items that the physical examiners hoped to obtain，the forms of the first three items were respectively one for one explanation，telephone counseling and publishing propaganda materials.Conclusion The targeted implementation of health education is conducive to enhancing people's health concepts，change adverse life ways and improve the people's health level by the survey and analysis of the demand condition for health education in physical examined population.

当前，随着人们生活方式的改善与生活水平的不断提高，人们对自身健康状况的关注度越来越高，早发现、早诊断、早治疗疾病的观念也越来越深入人心，对于健康体检的需求也越来越大。该文对体检者健康知识与指导方式的需求情况进行了调查分析，并提出相应解决对策，现报道如下。

1　资料与方法

1.1一般资料

该研究对象均来源于某院2015年1—12月所接收的健康体检者，用随机抽样的方法，抽取其中的496名体检者，对其健康教育的内容与方式的需求展开调查。其中，225名男性，271名女性；年龄为20～68岁，平均年龄为（33.3±6.2）岁；该市常住人口369名，暂住人口127名；文化程度如下:27名为硕士及以上学历，本科学历178名，大专学历134名，高中及中专学历133名，初中及以下学历24名；……
