质量追溯系统对医院消毒供应中心的影响

目的分析医院消毒供应中心应用质量追溯系统的效果。方法将2013年9月—2014年8月质量追溯系统实施前作为对照组，2014年9月—2015年8月质量追溯系统实施后作为观察组，对照组仅给予常规质量控制，观察组利用质量追溯系统，采集数据后利用二维条形码技术，对医院消毒供应中心进行信息化管理，比较两组质量管理效果。结果质量追溯系统实施后消毒供应中心工作人员手卫生执行率、标准预防执行率以及医院感染知识知晓率明显优于实施前；工作质量满意度、器械清洗效果、消毒灭菌效果、检查和包装管理、废弃物分类处理评分明显高于实施前；工作人员沟通能力、操作能力以及理论知识明显优于实施前。结论质量追溯系统用于医院消毒供应中心的质量控制中，使得工作效率明显提高，记录准确性也得到提高，无菌物品的安全性也得到提高，值得广泛推广。

［Abstract］Objective To analyze the effect of the application of traceability system in the central sterile supply department of hospitals.Methods The pre-implementation of traceability system from September 2013 to August 2014 were regarded as the control group，the post-implementation of traceability system from September 2014 to August 2015 were regarded as the observation group，the control group were given conventional quality control，the observation group adopted traceability system，and the central sterile supply department of hospitals were given informational management by the 2d-barcode technology after the collection of data，and the quality management effects of the two groups were compared.Results The hand sanitation execution rate，standard prevention execution rate and awareness rate of hospital infectious knowledge of the staff in the central sterile supply department of hospitals after the implementation of traceability system were obviously better than those before implementation；the satisfactory degree of working quality，apparatus cleaning effect，disinfection and sterilization effect，inspection and packaging management and waste classification treatment score after implementation were higher than those before implementation，and the communication capability，operation capability and theory knowledge of the staff after implementation were obviously better than those before implementation.Conclusion The application of traceability system in the central sterile supply department of hospitals can obviously improve the working efficiency，record accuracy，safety of aseptic supply，which is worth wide promotion.

消毒供应中心的主要作用的是为医院各个临床科室提供非一次性诊疗物品、器具和器械的清洗、灭菌以及杀毒服务，以及向各个科室供应消毒无菌物品的一个部门［1］。在医院感染控制工作中，消毒供应中心是其中非常重要的一个环节。医院必须实现质量管理相关制度的建立，确保记录质量管理控制过程的完善度，使物品供应的安全得到有效保障［2］。……
