探讨层级护理管理用于康复科中的效果

目的探讨在康复科应用层级护理管理的效果。方法该院康复科共有35张病床，住院患者总数约为500人，共8名护理人员。于2015年1月开展层级护理管理，比较实施前后该科室护理质量及护士满意度。结果实施后健康教育、落实护理制度、基础护理、书写护理文件及病房管理评分明显高于实施前，对比差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；实施后护理人员满意度为87.5%，明显高于实施前62.5%，对比差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论在康复科应用层级护理管理可明显增强护理质量，且护士工作满意度更高，值得推广。

［Abstract］Objective To study the effect of hierarchy nursing management in the rehabilitation department.Methods In the rehabilitation department of our hospital，there were 35 hospital beds，500 inpatients in total and 8 nursing staff，and the hierarchy nursing management was carried out in January 2015，and the nursing quality and satisfactory degree of nurses before and after implementation were compared.Results The health education，implementation of nursing system，basic nursing，writing nursing documentations and ward management score after implementation were obviously higher than those before implementation，and the differences were obvious by comparison（P＜0.05），the satisfactory degree of nursing staff after implementation was obviously higher than that before implementation（87.5%vs 62.5%），and the difference was obvious by comparison（P＜0.05）.Conclusion The application of hierarchy nursing management in the rehabilitation department can obviously enhance nursing quality，and the satisfactory degree of nursing work is higher，which is worth promotion.

康复科以老年患者居多，疾病种类多且住院人数较多，护士有繁重的工作任务与压力。随着医学模式转变为生理-心理-社会模式，护理模式也逐渐转变，在为患者提供护理服务时不再是传统的关注患者生存时间及病情发展，而是注重患者身心健康与生活质量，将患者作为一切护理服务的出发点。为此常规护理模式已经无法与康复科患者要求相适应，需优化改善护理模式，促使护理质量得以提升。层级护理管理为临床新型管理理念，即在组织管理时对各级护士分工予以明确，使其各司其职，且严格规范工作程度，使护士也依据相应程度开展诸项护理工作［1-2］。当前人们生活水平逐渐提升，健康观念也不断增强，对护理要求也越来越高，护士工作强度高且压力大，对护理质量影响较大。……
