2015年该院外科手术预防性使用抗菌药物情况分析

目的了解该院2015年外科手术预防性使用抗菌药物情况。方法回顾性分析该院2015年1—12月手术病历，每月对18个临床科室住院手术病历进行随机调查，填写患者基本情况和应用抗菌药物情况，对数据进行统计分析。结果围手术期预防使用抗菌药物比例63.77%，不合理病历数占整个预防使用抗菌药物的比例78.73%。 结论该院外科手术预防用抗菌药物比例较高且存在预防用药时间长、种类选择不当等不合理问题较多，需加强监管。

［Abstract］Objective To know the preventive application of antibacterial agents in surgical operation in our hospital in 2015.Methods The operation record in our hospital from January 2015 to December 2015 were retrospectively analyzed，and the hospitalization operation records in the 18 clinical departments were randomly surveyed per month，and the basic conditions and application of antibacterial agents were filled in，and the data were counted and analyzed.Results The ratio of prevention and application of antibacterial agents in perioperative period was 63.77%，and the ratio of rational case number in the whole prevention and application of antibacterial agents was 78.73%.Conclusion The ratio of the prevention and application of antibacterial agents in surgical operation in our hospital is higher and the preventive medication time is longer，and the irrational issue such as the inappropriate type selection is more，and the supervision needs to be enhanced.

围手术期预防性应用抗菌药物的正确、合理与否，是一个医院安全合理用药管理的重要标志。根据卫生部《抗菌药物临床应用指导原则》［1］《关于抗菌药物临床应用管理有关问题的通知》［2］及该院围手术期预防使用相关管理办法等有关文件精神，为提高医疗质量，规范用药行为，保证该院手术预防使用抗菌药物规范合理，临床药学科室每月对该院产科、妇科、口腔科、神经外科、眼科等18个临床科室住院手术病历进行随机调查分析。现将该院2015年抗菌药物预防使用情况，统计、汇总分析，为制定院内预防性使用抗菌药物的原则和加强规范化管理提供依据，现报道如下。
