摘 要：随着供应链管理思想的引入，供应链管理理论不断得到广泛应用，金融企业如何服务整个供应链，从而提升供应链竞争力就成为研究的热点。文章正是基于这种需求的出现，通过对多年来国内外相关研究文献的梳理与分析，一方面对供应链金融相关概念进行了辨析，进而明确了其演进过程；另一方面归纳总结了供应链金融服务的三种基本模式，详述不同模式的运作流程与特点，并对不同模式进行了比较分析，以期为供应链金融的研究提供参考。

Abstract： With the introduction of the idea of supply chain management， supply chain management theory has been widely used，how to serve the whole supply chain， so as to enhance the competitiveness of the supply chain has become a hot spot of research. This article is based on this demand， by combing and analyzing the related literature for many years at home and abroad， on the one hand， distinguishes the related concept of supply chain finance， so as to make clear the evolution process； on the other hand， sums up the three kinds of basic modes of supply chain finance service， detailing the operation flow and characteristics of the different modes， and making a comparative analysis， in order to provide reference for the study of supply chain finance.

随着资金流、物流、信息流、商品流等多流合一的供应链管理越来越受到重视，为供应链提供金融服务也成为关注点。尤其是在“互联网+”时代，电商平台、核心企业、大型物流公司等利用自身拥有的实时大数据进军供应链金融，为供应链上下游企业提供融资服务，为供应链金融注入新元素、新内涵。针对供应链金融概念及模式许多学者进行了研究，但现有研究缺乏系统性，本文在已有文献的基础上，对供应链金融概念进行了辨析，并对供应链金融服务模式进行了比较分析，以期为供应链金融的研究提供参考。

1 供应链金融相关概念及演进
