“一带一路”背景下西安市医院公示语英译现状调查

目的调查“一带一路”背景下西安市医院公示语的英译现状，针对问题提出相应的建议，旨在改善西安市医院人文环境。方法参照《公共场所双语标识英文译法》对收集的6所三甲医院的403例公示语样本进行问题归类与分析。 结果西安市医院公示语英译在词汇、语法和语用等方面存在的诸多问题，其中，翻译不合规范占31.43%，语法错误占3.81%，语用失误占14.29%，无英文对照占38.1%，制作失误占3.81%。结论 相关部门必须加强公示语规范化的监督与管理。此外，译者要以受众为中心，除了精通医学专业术语的特点，还要了解文化差异，借用英语国家已有的公示语翻译样本，体现以民为本的思想，最终实现服务大众、与国际接轨的目的。

［Abstract］Objective To put forward corresponding suggestion on the Eng1ish trans1ation of pub1ic signs in hospita1s by investigating the current state of Eng1ish trans1ation of the pub1ic signs adopted in hospita1s of Xi'an under the background of“One Be1t One Road”，aiming to improve the cu1tura1 environment of Xi'an.Methods 403 samp1es of pub1ic signs in 6 top tertiary hospita1s were categorized and ana1yzed by referring to the English Translation of Bilingual Signs in Public Places.Results A 1ot of prob1ems concerning the Eng1ish trans1ation of pub1ic signs in hospita1s of Xi'an were existed in the aspects of vocabu1ary，grammar，1anguage use，inc1uding 31.43%unqua1ified trans1ation，3.81%grammatica1 errors，14.29%pragmatic fai1ure，38.1%no Eng1ish contrast，3.81%making mistakes.Conclusion The re1evant departments must strengthen the supervision and administration of the standardization of pub1ic signs.What's more，trans1ators must take the audience as the center，and they shou1d not on1y be proficient in the characteristics of medica1 termino1ogy，but a1so be aware of cu1tura1 differences and borrow the existing trans1ation samp1es of pub1ic signs in Eng1ish-speaking countries，ref1ect the thought of peop1e-based，thus fina11y rea1ize the purpose of serving the pub1ic and integrating with the wor1d.

公示语，是指公开和面对公众，告示、指示、提示、显示、警示、标示与其生活、生产、生命、生态、生业休戚相关的文字及图形信息［1］。作为城市对外宣传的名片，公示语是国际化都市、国际旅游目的地语言环境和人文环境的重要组成部分，对公示语的任何歧义、误解、滥用都会导致不良的国际影响［2］。医院是特殊的公共场所之一，越来越多的医院管理者认识到文化建设已逐步成为现代医院管理的重要战略手段［3］，因此，医院可以使用一些双语公示语来提升自身的文化力。双语公示语的使用尤为重要，不仅能起到与外籍患者的信息交流作用，又能树立医院的国际形象。……
