肝移植术后围手术期常见并发症的护理

【摘要】目的 研究肝移植术后围手术期常见并发症的护理措施。方法 选2014年2月～2015年2月在我院接受肝移植手术治疗的的患者42例，对其相关并发症采取针对性的护理干预，观察患者术后围手术期并发症发生情况以及护理前后心理状态变化情况。结果 手术成功率为100．00%，42例患者围手术期共发生并发症66例次，主要为出血、感染、急性排斥反应、急性肾功能衰竭、胆道并发症，其中42例患者经过对应的护理措施均治愈或好转，未出现死亡；本组患者护理前存在抑郁、焦虑情绪，护理后患者心理状态有改善。结论 肝移植术后围手术期并发症较多，需对患者采取针对性的细致护理，改善患者的心理状态，提高生存质量。

Objective Nursing care of perioperative complications after liver transplantation is studied． Methods 42 cases of patients who received liver transplantation in our hospital from February 2014 to February 2015 were selected，took appropriate nursing interventions related to its complications．postoperative complications as well as mental state before and after nursing were ananlyzed． Results Surgical success rate was 100．00%，complications of 42 patients perioperative occurred 66 cases． To hemorrhage，infection，acute rejection，acute renal failure，biliary complications，42 patients after corresponding nursing measures were cured or improved，no death． This group of patients before treatment about depression，anxiety，post-treatment patient's mental state had improved significantly． Conclusion After liver transplantation patients have many perioperative complications，need to take meticulous care to improve the patient's mental state，improve the quality of life．

肝移植手术术程较长、手术操作复杂，且手术创伤较大，术后极易出现出血、感染等多种并发症，从而影响肝移植手术的效果。因此在肝移植术后加强围手术期常见并发症的护理对改善患者生存质量有关键作用［1-3］。本文研究肝移植术后围手术期常见并发症的临床护理措施与效果，以为临床治疗与护理工作提供参考，现报道如下。

1 资料和方法

1.1 一般资料

选2014年2月～2015年2月在我院接受肝移植手术治疗的的患者42例，女性19例，男性23例；年龄为27～69岁，平均年龄为（47.53±8.37）岁；原发疾病：重型肝炎8例，良性终末期肝病13例，肝豆状核变性2例，肝恶性肿瘤19例。……
