临床细菌检验中PCR检验法的准确性分析

【摘要】目的 综合分析PCR检验法在临床细菌检验中的准确性，为疾病的临床诊断和治疗提供科学的参考依据。方法 我院2014年1月～2015年6月收治的阴道炎患者中随机选取106例进行研究，所有患者均分别采用细菌培养法（A组）和PCR检验法（B组）进行细菌检验，对比两种方法的检验结果。结果 经比较，B组的检出率为84．91%，高于A组的59．43%，组间差异具有统计学意义（P＜0．05）。B组的肠球菌、戛纳杆菌和棒状杆菌检出率分别为15．09%、34．91%和34．91%，均高于A组的6．60%、26．42%和26．42%，组间各指标差异均具有统计学意义（P ＜0．05）。结论 与细菌培养法比较，PCR在临床细菌检验中具有更高的检出率和准确率，可以为阴道炎的临床诊疗提供可靠依据。

Objective Analysis of the accuracy of PCR test method in clinical bacteria inspection and provide a scientific reference for clinical diagnosis and treatment of diseases． Methods From January 2014 and June 2015，106 cases of vaginitis patients treated in our hospital were randomly selected for study，all patients respectively by bacterial culture method（group A）and PCR test method（group B） and comparison of the two methods of test results． Results After comparison，the detection rate of B group was 84．91%，significantly higher than that of group A of 59．43%，there was significant difference between the groups（P＜0．05）． Group B of enterococci，Cannes coli and Corynebacterium were 15．09%，34．91% and 34．91%，were significantly higher than those in a group A of 6．60%，26．42% and 26．42%，the differences had statistical significance（P＜ 0．05）． Conclusion Compared with the bacterial culture method，PCR has a higher detection rate and accuracy in clinical bacterial examination． It can provide reliable evidence for clinical diagnosis and treatment of vaginitis，and has obvious advantages and high clinical application value．

细菌检验是临床检验学的重要组成部分，其检验结果可以为多种疾病的临床诊断和治疗提供参考。因此，只有确保检验结果的准确性，才能真实地反映出患者的疾病状况［1-2］。细菌检验最常用的方法是细菌培养，随着医疗诊断技术的不断进步，更多的检验方法开始在临床中应用，PCR（聚合酶链反应）检验是其中的一种，具有诊断迅速和准确率高的优势［3］。为了探讨PCR检验法在临床细菌检验中的准确性，我院以阴道炎为例，随机抽取106例患者进行临床研究。

1 资料与方法

1.1 一般资料

在我院2014年1月～2015年6月收治的阴道炎患者中随机选取106例进行研究。入选者均经妇科检查确诊，均有不同程度的外阴瘙痒、异味、白带增多等典型临床症状，且患者均知情研究内容，自愿参与［4］。……
