针灸对偏瘫早期康复训练患者下肢运动功能恢复的影响

【摘要】目的 探讨针灸联合早期康复训练偏瘫患者下肢运动功能恢复的效果。方法 选取我院收治的偏瘫患者84例作为研究对象，随机分为实验组和对照组，各42例。对照组患者采用常规治疗及康复训练，实验组在对照组基础上实施针灸治疗。根据Brunnstrom分期、下肢FMA积分法及 FCA 评分法评估疗效。结果 治疗3个月后治疗组患者的Brunnstrom 分期、下肢FMA积分及FCA 评分均高于对照组，且较治疗前改善，差异有统计学意义（P＜0．05）。结论 康复训练联合针灸治疗偏瘫患者，可加快患者下肢运动功能恢复。

Objective To discuss the effect of lower limbs motor ability of hemiplegia by acupuncture and moxibustion combined the early rehabilitation training．Methods To selected 84 cases of patients with hemiplegia at our hospital as the object of study，divided into the treatment group and control group，each 42 cases． The control group was treated by conventional treatment and rehabilitation training，the treatment group was implemented by acupuncture and moxibustion based on the control group． To assessed the treatment effect as the Brunnstrom Staging，FMA integral method of lower limbs and the FCA scoring method． Results After 3 months for treatment，the Brunnstrom Staging，FMA integral method of lower limbs and the FCA scores of the treatment group was higher than the control group，there was a differential between two groups（P＜0．05）． Conclusion That has a significant effect of hemiplegic patients by acupuncture and moxibustion combined the rehabilitation training，to expedite the recovery of motor function and worth for promotion．

脑卒中是一种急性脑血管疾病，是常见的脑血液循环系统疾病，病发率及致死率高。偏瘫是脑卒中主要的并发症。偏瘫又称半身不遂，患者的一侧上下肢及面肌等肢体产生运动障碍，失去自理能力［1］。偏瘫与血脂增高、血液粘稠度、动脉粥样硬化及高血压等因素有关。且偏瘫的病发率、致残率与致死率高。常伴随突发性昏倒、半身不遂及智力减退等障碍，严重影响患者的生活及工作，对患者家庭带来压力。因此及早预防与治疗偏瘫对患者十分重要。中医针灸是我国传统的治疗方法，可促进脑血管患者的康复［2］。针灸联合康复训练，能增强患者的肌张力，利于患者下肢运动功能恢复。……
