中药坐浴结合痔舒息肛门雾化疗法治疗痔疮水肿的效果研究

【摘要】目的 观察中药坐浴结合痔舒息肛门雾化疗法治疗痔疮水肿的治疗效果。方法 收集2014年2月～2016年1月我院接收手术治疗的痔疮患者82例，采用随机数字表法随机分为观察组和对照组，两组各41例。对照组采取痔舒息肛门雾化疗法；观察组在对照组的基础上再实施中药坐浴的方法进行治疗。结果 观察组轻度疼痛（35例）的人数高于对照组（16例），差异有统计学意义（P＜0．05）。结论 中药坐浴结合痔舒息肛门雾化疗法对治疗痔疮水肿具有良好的疗效。

Objective Study on the effect of Zhishuxi atomization therapy combined with traditional chinese medicine bath in the treatment of hemorrhoids anal edema．Methods Collected from February 2014 to January 2016 surgical treatment of hemorrhoids patients 82 cases，using the random number table method，were randomly divided into observation group and control group，two groups of 41 cases． Control group took Zhishuxi atomization therapy，observation group

basised on the control group in the of the implementation of the method of traditional Chinese medicine hip bath treatment．Results Mild pain in observation group（35 cases），the number was higher than that of control group（16 cases），the difference was statistically significant（P＜0．05）． Conclusion Zhishuxi atomization therapy combined with traditional chinese medicine bath for the treatment of hemorrhoids edema has good curative effect．

痔疮（hemorrhoids）［1］是直肠末端和肛管部痔静脉丛曲张而形成的静脉团块或肛门皮肤增生而形成的皮赘。以便血、疼痛、肿物脱出、痰痒为主要特征［2］。本研究采用中药坐浴结合痔舒息肛门雾化疗法治疗痔疮水肿取得良好的疗效，现报告如下。

1 资料与方法

1.1 一般资料

收集2014年2月～2016年1月我院接收手术治疗的痔疮患者82例，采用随机数字表法随机分为观察组和对照组，两组各41例。其中观察组男性20例，女性21例；年龄25～65岁，平均（45.1±9.7）岁。对照组男性22例，女性19例，年龄24～68岁，平均（46.5±10.3）岁。两组患者在性别、年龄、教育程度等一般资料方面比较，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05），具有可比性。

1.2 纳入和排除标准［3］

1.2.1 纳入标准 符合国家中医药管理局实施的中医肛肠科病证诊断标准［4］；患者在术后都出现局部水肿、疼痛等特征；年龄18 ～70岁；取得患者本人知情同意。

1.2.2 排除标准 妊娠期妇女，合并严重的心、肺、肝脏疾病及其他肛肠科急症；……
