环孢素A治疗慢性再生障碍性贫血（CAA）的临床效果

【摘要】目的 观察分析环孢素A（CsA）治疗慢性再生障碍性贫血（CAA）的临床效果。方法 选取我院2014年2月～2015年2月收治的50 例CAA患者，运用双色球随机分组法分为观察组（n=25）和对照组（n=25），对照组患者采用康力龙治疗，在此基础上观察组患者采用环孢素A治疗，观察治疗效果。结果 观察组治疗有效率80．00%，高于对照组60．00%（P＜0．05）；不良反应比较差异无统计学意义。结论 针对CAA患者，在雄激素治疗同时，采用环孢素A治疗，有利于缓解临床症状，提高治疗有效率。

Objective To observe and analyze the clinical effects of cyclosporine A（CsA）in the treatment of chronic aplastic anemia（CAA）． Methods 50 patients with CAA and who accepted treatments in our hospital from February，2014 to February，2015 were selected，and the patients were randomly divided into the observation group（n=25）and the control group（n=25）by the two color random grouping method． In the control group，they were treated with stanozolol while in the observation group，on the basis of control groupthey were treated with the cyclosporine A． Then，the treatment effects were observed． Results The total effective rate in the observation group was 80%，which was higher than the control group of 60%（P ＜0．05）． And the adverse reaction has no significant difference． Conclusion For patients with CAA，using androgen therapy and cyclosporine A for treatment，which can alleviate the clinical symptoms，and improve the treatment efficiency．

慢性再生障碍性贫血（CAA）是一种全血细胞减少性疾病，临床可表现为贫血、出血等症状，治疗不及时或不当，可诱发一系列并发症，可危及患者生命安全。临床治疗慢性再生障碍性贫血以药物为主，环孢素是一种特异性免疫抑制剂，治疗效果良好。本文收集50例慢性再生障碍性贫血患者临床资料，探讨环孢素A治疗效果，报道如下。

1 资料与方法

1.1 一般资料

本组50例慢性再生障碍性贫血患者为我院2014年2月～2015年2月所收治，男性28例，女性22例，年龄14～72岁，平均年龄（31.4±3.6）岁；病程3～13个月，平均（5.2±0.4）个月。纳入标准［1］：结合临床症状，经血象、骨髓象检查，确诊为慢性再生障碍性贫血；骨髓2系或3系减少，但至少有1个穿刺部位增生不良，无肝脾肿大，一般抗贫血药治疗无效；无药敏过敏史；同意入组研究。将50例慢性再生障碍性贫血患者分为观察组、对照组，各25例，基线资料具有均衡性（P＞0.05）。……
