更昔洛韦联合人免疫球蛋白治疗小儿病毒性脑炎效果分析

【摘要】目的 探究更昔洛韦联合人免疫球蛋白（IVIG）治疗小儿病毒性脑炎疗效。方法 选取我院收治的80例病毒性脑炎患儿，按照随机抽签的方式分成观察组和对照组，观察组使用更昔洛韦联合IVIG治疗，对照组单用更昔洛韦治疗，比较两组临床疗效。结果 观察组总有效率高于对照组，P＜0．05；两组在退热、惊厥控制和意识恢复、头痛、呕吐消失时间等比较，P＜0．05。观察组和对照组住院时间比较，P＜0．05。结论 小儿病毒性脑炎通过更昔洛韦联合人免疫球蛋白治疗，临床疗效好，且安全、可靠。

Objective To explore ganciclovir and human immunoglobulin （IVIG） therapy in children with viral encephalitis of effect． Methods In our hospital，80 cases of children with viral encephalitis，in a random drawing lots divided into observation group and control group． The observation group using ganciclovir IVIG treatment，the control group was treated with ganciclovir，then comparison of clinical efficacy． Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group，P＜0．05． Two groups in fever， convulsions control and recovery of consciousness，a headache，vomiting disappeared time，P＜0．05． Observation group and control group，hospital stay，P ＜0．05． Conclusion Children with viral encephalitis using human immunoglobulin and ganciclovir fro treatment，have significant clinical effect，and they are safe and reliable．

小儿病毒性脑炎，属于儿科多发，为病毒感染所致的中枢神经系统疾病。引起小儿发热、惊厥和意识不清、头痛、呕吐、腹痛、腹泻等症状，严重的还会对患儿的生存质量构成威胁。随着医学技术的进步，小儿病毒性脑炎除病毒感染外也与小儿的自身免疫力有关，根据相关文献研究［1］，对病毒性脑炎的小儿给予人免疫球蛋白进行治疗效果理想。本次研究，选取近3年我院收治的80例病毒性脑炎患儿，观察、比较其通过更昔洛韦、更昔洛韦联合IVIG治疗的效果，现针对本次研究展开具体报道。

1 资料和方法

1.1 一般资料

选取我院收治的80例病毒性脑炎患儿作为本次研究对象。所有患儿均通过儿科学病毒性脑炎诊断的标准［2］，存在一定程度意识和肢体功能障碍，以及高热、抽搐等症状。……
