[摘要] 目的 比较血糖仪即时检测与己糖激酶法检测血糖的临床价值。 方法 选择我院2014年5月1日～2015年5月1日诊治的100例糖尿病患者，予患者治疗前后空腹、餐后2 h同时采用两种方法检测血糖含量，末梢血血糖值经美国强生血糖仪测定，作为观察组，静脉血清血糖值经己糖激酶法检测，作为对照组，比较两组患者治疗前后空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖指标情况及治疗后末梢血血糖水平随机检测结果。 结果 与治疗前比较，两组患者治疗后的空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖均显著下降（P<0.05）；两组患者治疗前、治疗后的空腹血糖与餐后2 h血糖检测结果差异均无统计学意义（P>0.05）。与对照组检测末梢血血糖值比较，观察组即时检测末梢血血糖值较低，但差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。 结论 与己糖激酶法检测比较，血糖仪即时检测也能准确有效地测定血糖，且操作简单易行，检测费用较低，安全性较高，值得临床运用。

[Abstract] Objective To explore the clinical value of the blood glucose meter timely detecting and hexokinase method detecting blood glucose. Methods 100 patients with diabetics diagnosed and treated by our hospital From May first1，2014 to May 1，2015 were selected. The content of blood glucose in empty stomach and after 2 h meal before and after treatment was tested by these two methods.The blood glucose level from peripheral blood tested by America Johnson glucometer，and it was classified into observation group.The blood glucose level of serum from veins tested by hexokinase method and it was categorized into control group.The blood glucose in empty stomach and after 2 h meal before and after treatment，random detection result of blood glucose level from peripheral blood after therapy between two groups was compared respectively. Results Compared with before treatment，the blood glucose level in empty stomach and after 2 h meal after therapy in two groups was greatly decreased （P<0.05）.There was no statistical difference in empty stomach glucose or blood glucose after 2 h meal before and after therapy between two groups （P>0.05）.Compared with control group with blood glucose vale form peripheral blood，blood glucose vale form peripheral blood timely detected in observation group was lower，but there was no statistical difference （P>0.05）. Conclusion In comparison with hexokinase method detecting，blood glucose meter timely detecting can accurately and effectively test the blood glucose at advantages of simple and convenient performance，low test cost，and high safety，which is worthy of clinical application.

糖尿病是一种常见的、多发的心血管疾病，虽然糖尿病无传染性，但其发病率仍常年居高不下，严重威胁患者身心健康[1]。治疗糖尿病的关键为及时进行血糖检测，以达到控制血糖的目的，己糖激酶法与血糖仪测定法为血糖测定的主要方法[2]。以指尖毛细血管为采血部位是血糖仪能准确测定血糖的关键，而误读常发生于标本来源改变后。为更好地对糖尿病患者行血糖测定，本研究以我院诊治的100例糖尿病患者为研究对象，进行对比研究，报道如下。
