【摘 要】本文采用抽样调查法，对贵州省农村地区中小学数学教师的专业素养进行了调查研究。在深入调查的基础上，对收集到的数据进行现状分析，发现存在的许多问题，如：教育资源匮乏、 教师基本素质偏低，专业化水平偏低，校本培训、教研力度不够等。为提升农村中小学数学教师的素养，制定出相应对策。

【Abstract】In this paper， adopting Sampling survey method ，making an investigation of specialty literacy of the primary school math teacher in the rural area of Guizhou Province. Based on the deep investigation，and analyzed about the present situation of the collected data， found that many of the problems， such as： the lack of educational resources， the limitate quality of teachers， the low professional level， the limitation of training and development ，teaching and research is not bold enough. In order to promote the quality of the math teacher in primary school， this thesis has make counten measures and solve the problem rationally.

中小学数学教师的专业素养，包括教师实施高质量数学教学所需的数学知识和教育与心理素养。本课题应用抽样调查法，以贵州省农村地区中小学数学教师为研究对象展开调查，针对中小学数学教师素养问题进行分析，并因地制宜地提出改善建议。

一、调查的对象、方法与目的

（一）调查对象

本调查选取贵州省农村地区中小学共17所学校的数学教师为研究对象，发放问卷178份，回收问卷178份，无效问卷8份，有效率为95.5%。

（二）调查方法

本调查采用自编问卷，在充分阅读文献材料的基础上，依据中小学数学教师专业标准而设计，多方征求各年级数学教師的意见，反复修改，最终完成问卷。

此问卷包括两个部分，分别为“中小学应该掌握的数学知识快速问答”和“中小学数学教师应该具备的（知识、能力或情意）”，共计32个问题。

（三）调查目的

数学教学的成败取决于两个主要个因素： 硬件设施与专业化人才。其中，专业化人才指的是一名数学教师所需要具备的数学素养、数学技能、专业理论、专业精神、专业情意等。……
