湖南烟区异常褪绿发白烟叶中、微量元素含量

摘 要:对湖南省嘉禾县广发镇、普满镇,江永县兰溪乡,桑植县和龙山县5个植烟地成熟期异常褪绿发白烟叶的中、微量元素进行了取样分析。结果表明:铜和锌含量适宜;锰、钙含量主要在适中和较低的范围;铁含量主要在较高和适中的范围;镁含量偏低。中、微量矿质元素在异常褪绿发白烟株不同部位的分布比较有规律,铜、锰、锌、铁、钙元素的含量随烟叶部位上升而下降,镁元素的含量随烟叶部位上升而上升。

Abstract: Abnormal faded green flue-cured tobacco leaves during maturation period were sampled in five tobacco planting areas of Hunan: the town of Jiahe, the town of Puman, the town of Jiangyong, Sangzhi and Longshan county,secondary and trace elements in tobacco leaves were analyzed. The results showed that the contents of copper and zinc are appropriate, the contents of manganese and calcium are mainly in range of medium and low, the iron content is high and moderate; magnesium content is low. The distribution of secondary and trace mineral elements in abnormal faded green of different parts of tobacco plant is regular. Copper, manganese, zinc, iron, calcium content is rising while the part of tobacco leaf is falling, magnesium content is increasing while the part of tobacco leaf is falling.

在中国农业生产中,烟草是一种重要的经济作物,其产量和品质越来越受到人们的关注。近几年,在烤烟生长成熟中后期,中、上部烟叶出现不同程度的异常褪绿发白现象,叶尖或叶缘开始发白甚至整片发白,甚至有的烟株上部叶4~6片全部整片发白。其引发原因还不明了,人们对这种现象的研究尚未深入。Ca、Mg、Cu、Fe、Mn、Zn等中微量元素对烤烟的生命活动具有重要意义[1]。近年来,中微量元素在烤烟生产上的作用越来越受到人们的重视,主要表现在影响烟株生理代谢[2]、促进烟株生长发育[3-4]、提高烤烟内在品质[5-8]和提高烤烟经济性状[9-10]这4个方面。关于烤烟成熟期异常褪绿发白烟叶中微量元素含量状况鲜见报道。笔者对湖南省部分烟区烤烟成熟期异常褪绿发白烟叶部分中微量元素含量进行了分析研究,并与正常落黄成熟烟叶进行比较,旨在发现成熟期异常褪绿发白烟叶营养水平变化、存在的问题以及与正常落黄成熟烟叶之间的差距,为进一步研究烤烟成熟期异常褪绿发白烟叶提供科学依据。……
