3个不同桃品种光合特性的研究

摘 要:在大田条件下通过测定3个不同品种桃树(大久保、美香桃和桃王九九)的光合特性,对3个不同品种的桃树进行光合特性的研究和测定,包括净光合速率(Pn)、蒸腾速率(E)、气孔导度(Gs)、光合有效辐射(PAR)、细胞间隙CO2浓度(Ci)及温度等,分析了不同品种光合特性的差异。结果表明:桃王九九的Pn值在一天中最高,其次是美香桃,大久保较低。桃王九九的E值在一天中最高,其次是美香桃,大久保值也较低。桃王九九的净光合速率显著高于大久保,美香桃与其他两个品种差异不显著。桃王九九的蒸腾速率也显著高于其他两个品种;桃王九九的气孔导度较高,美香桃次之,大久保最低。光合有效辐射、细胞间隙CO2浓度、叶表面温度、相对湿度和进气CO2浓度的日变化,3个桃品种的差异不显著。

Abstract: This experiment studied photosynthetic characteristics of peach trees with 3 different species in the field, they are Richuanbaifeng, Hokkaido and King 99. The item includes net photosynthetic rate (Pn), evaporation rate (E), Gs, photosynthetic active radiation (PAR), the gap of cell of density of CO2 (Ci) and air temperature etc. The difference of photosynthetic characteristics of different species were compared. The result showed that the Pn of King 99 of peach trees was highest in the day, Hokkaido was second, and Richuanbaifeng was the lowest. The E of King 99 of peach trees was highest in the day, Hokkaido was second, and Richuanbaifeng was also the lowest. Net photosynthetic rate of King 99 of peach trees was higher than Richuanbaifeng, Hokkaido was not obviously relative to net photosynthetic rate (Pn) with two other species. E of King 99 of peach trees were also obviously higher than two other species. Gs of King 99 of peach trees was higher than that of two other species, Hokkaido was second, and Richuanbaifeng was the lowest. There were no significant different of PAR, Ci ,temperature of leaf, hr and Ca changed in the day among 3 different species of peach trees.

桃在植物学上属于蔷薇科(Rosaceae)桃属(Amygdalu Linn.)[1]。桃属温带落叶果树,生活适应性强,栽培容易,是各地栽培最广的果树之一。桃树投产早,产量高,经济效益好,如果管理得当,定植2~3年即可结果,5年后进入成果期,产量可达2.25万hm2以上,并可持续稳产15~29年。桃的栽培品种很多,仅我国就有800多个。

桃原产我国黄河上游海拔1 200~2 000 m的高原地带。在河南南部、云南西部、西藏南部都有野生桃分布。近20多年来,我国桃树生产发展迅速,到1997年为止,全国桃树栽培总面积和总产量已达到902 680 hm2 和2 991 880 t,分别占世界桃树生产的52%和27%。1998—2003年是我国桃树发展的一个高峰期,估计目前全国桃树栽培总面积不少于120万hm2。……
