种植密度对海南茄衣大田生长及产质量的影响

摘 要:为探求适合海南茄衣生长的最佳种植密度,选取具有代表性的JH-2茄衣品种,采用大田试验,设置了4个种植密度,研究不同种植密度对烟株农艺性状、大田生育期内烟株化学成分、调制后茄衣化学成分、调制后物理特性及产量5个方面的影响。结果表明:随着移栽时间的增加,各处理变化差异不显著,T3的农艺性状表现最好;随着种植密度的增加,烟碱在整个生育期内的变化规律表现为先下降后增加,打顶后烟碱含量迅速增加,钾含量先增加后减少,氯含量逐渐减少;调制后从化学成分协调性来看T3处理最优;根据茄衣物理特性的要求T3处理最优;T2处理时产量最大,达到43.1 kg。综合各种因素,T3(120×40 cm,20 850株·hm-2)表现最好。

Abstract:The research aimed to explore the suitable planting density of Hainan cigar wrapper. Choose a representative of JH - 2 tomato varieties using field experiment, set up four planting density, to study the effect of five aspects:different planting density on the agronomic traits of cigar wrapper tobacco plant,the chemical composition of cigar wrapper tobacco plant during the field growth period, the chemical composition of cigar wrapper tobacco after curing, physical properties after curing and yield. Results showed that : with the increase of transplanting time, there was no significant difference among treatments, the agronomic traits of T3 was the best;with the increase of planting density, the changing rule of the nicotine throughout the reproductive period decreased firstly and then increased, nicotine content increased rapidly after topping. Potassium content increased firstly and then decreased,chlorine content gradually declined; the optimal processing was T3, according to the coordination of chemical composition after curing;according to the requirement of the physical properties in cigar wrapper, the optimal processing was T3. The optimal processing was T2, according to the yield, the largest was 43.1 kg. Synthesized various factors,T3(120×40 cm, 20 850 strains·hm-2)was the best treatment.

茄衣是雪茄的精华部分,不仅影响雪茄的外观质量,也是雪茄品质和档次的外在标识。当前世界范围内雪茄消费正处于快速增长时期,我国烟草行业对烟草制品的多元化以及行业自身国际化的要求,迫切需要我们在这一领域开展研究。但茄衣在我国试种时间不长,国内茄衣生产技术研究仍处于探索阶段,研究适合我国雪茄茄衣的种植密度的内容较少。研究表明,合理的种植密度可以提高雪茄的产质量,在一定产量的前提下,产量和质量可以均衡发展,但当产量超过一定限度,品质则呈几何级数下降,与质量呈明显的负相关。……
