关于常州大学研究生高水平学术论文奖励制度的分析与思考*

摘要：研究生是高等院校一支重要的科研力量，其科技创新能力是高等院校研究生培养质量的重要体现。为深化研究生教育综合改革，建立创新激励机制，常州大学出台了对研究生高水平学术论文奖励制度，调动了研究生科研创新的积极性，拓展了研究生参与科技创新的广度和深度，提高了研究生科研能力［1］。文章对近几年常州大学研究生发表高水平论文相关数据进行了深度分析，对奖励制度进一步修订与完善提出了一些建议［2］。

Abstract：The graduate students are an important research effort of colleges and universities，and the research capacity of graduate students is an important manifestation of the quality of graduate education. In order to establish incentives for innovation，and deepen the comprehensive reform of graduate education，Changzhou university has introduced a high-level academic paper reward system. The system mobilizes the graduate students' enthusiasm of research and innovation，extends the breadth and depth of science and technology innovation，which graduate students participate，and improves their research capability. Based on in-depth analysis of students' paper data，some recommendations have been made to improve the high-level academic paper reward system.

一、建立研究生高水平论文奖励制度的动因

国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要（2010-2020年）指出，高校应充分发挥在国家创新体系中的重要作用，支持学生参与科学研究，建立以科学研究为主导的导师责任制［1］。可见科学研究在研究生培养过程中的重要性。

科学研究是研究生培养过程中一个必不可少的环节，科学研究能力是研究生培养质量的重要体现［3］。……
