摘 要：在国家大力推进“一带一路”战略的大背景下，内蒙古自治区将全力构建草原丝绸之路经济带，推进中蒙、中俄双边经贸发展，进而贯通整个亚欧地区贸易通道。国际道路运输作为内蒙古自治区对俄、对蒙贸易和交流的主要方式之一，将成为构建草原丝绸之路经济带的重要依托，因此如何科学合理地发展国际道路运输，使其更好地承担起区域经贸发展的先导作用更成为了关注的焦点。文章结合内蒙古自治区国际道路运输的实际情况，从转变发展思路和发展模式入手，提出了新时期国际道路运输行业发展的思路和方法，为其更好地保障双边经贸发展提供了依据。

Abstract： Vigorously advances the strategy of“area”in the country， Inner Mongolia autonomous region will be hard to build grassland silk road economic belt， in advance， the bilateral economic and trade development between China and Russia， and then through the asia-europe regional trade channels. International road transport as the Inner Mongolia autonomous region of Russia， to be one of the main methods of trade and communication， will be the construction of grassland the important support of the silk road economic belt， so how to develop international road transport， scientific and reasonable to make it better， he took the leading role of regional economic and trade development more become the focus of attention. Combining with the actual situation of the international road transport， the Inner Mongolia autonomous region， from the perspective of the development ideas and development mode， puts forward the ideas of the development of international road transport industry in the new period and method， for its better safeguard the bilateral economic and trade development to provide the basis.
