【摘要】习仲勋是优秀的中国共产党员、杰出的无产阶级革命家。研究习仲勋主政广东时期改革开放思想形成的主要原因，对于当前深化改革和全面建成小康社会有重要的启示和指导意义。本文运用文献资料法与史论结合法，从马克思列宁主义、毛泽东思想是习仲勋改革开放思想形成的理论基础，个人的心理特质是其改革开放思想形成的独特条件，独特的人生经历是其改革开放思想形成的重要基础，这三个方面揭示习仲勋主政广东时期改革开放的思想与实践的历史意义和时代价值。

On the main causes of Xi Zhongxuns reform and opening up in Guangdong

Abstract： Xi Zhongxun is outstanding Chinese Communist Party member， outstanding proletarian revolutionist. To study the main reasons of Xi Zhongxuns reform and opening up thought during the period of Guangdong administration has important enlightenment and guiding significance for deepening reform and building a well-off society in an all-round way. In this paper， using the method of literature and combining the history of France， from the Marx Lenin doctrine， Mao Zedong thought is the theoretical basis of Xi Zhongxuns reform and opening-up thoughts， personal psychological traits is the unique condition of the reform and opening up thought forms， the unique life experience is an important basis for the reform and opening up thought form， revealing Xi Zhongxun ruled Guangdong period and thought the practice of reform and opening up the historical significance and contemporary value of the three aspects.

中共十八大報告中鮮明指出：“必须坚持推进改革开放。”中共十八届三中全会也明确指出了改革开放是中国共产党带领全国各族人民进行的新的伟大革命，是党和人民事业蒸蒸日上的重要法宝。实践证明，改革开放是坚持和发展中国特色社会主义的必由之路。对习仲勋改革开放思想的研究有利于我们坚持推进改革开放。

一、马克思列宁主义、毛泽东思想是习仲勋改革开放思想形成的理论基础

习仲勋特别注重理论学习，在各个时期，认真研读马克思列宁主义和毛泽东思想的著作，并把所学的理论知识与实际的工作相结合，善于灵活运用马列主义理论、毛泽东思想指导自己的实践。
