摘 要 隨着教育的发展，大学在招生的计划中逐渐增加了少数民族预科生的数量，少数民族预科生多数都是来自于我国众多的少数民族聚居区，是一批批准大学生，他们长期生活在自己文化为主的文化世界中，然而进入大学后就要生活在主流文化为主的大学生活中，民族认同是他们必须要经历的一个阶段，不仅如此，文化适应更是一个困境，在一定程度上民族认同对文化适应有着很大的影响。

The Influence of Ethnic Identity on the Cultural Adaptation

of Ethnic Preparatory College Students

Abstract Along with the development of education， university enrollment plan gradually increased the number of minority preparatory students. Minority majority are from in many of China's ethnic minority inhabited areas， college life a group of approval of the college students， they are long lived in their own culture dominated cultures in the world. However， after entering the University life in the mainstream culture and ethnic identity is they have to go through a phase and not only so， cultural adaptation is a dilemma， in a certain degree of national identity of culture adaptation has a great influence.

0 引言

随着预科教育的发展，我国已经有20多万的少数民族预科生，他们都来自于我国的少数民族地区，由于我国少数民族聚居区的文化教育水平比较低，因此他们的文化课基础比较薄弱，再加上差异化的民族风俗，使其在进入以主流文化为主的大学生活的时候难免会承受来自民族认同以及文化适应方面的困境，如果处理不当就会引起不必要的心理问题，不利于校园内民族的团结和发展。

1 民族认同与文化适应

1.1 民族认同

民族认同具有广义和狭义之分，从狭义的方面来讲，民族认同仅仅是少数民族预科生对自己本民族身份的认同，与之不同，广义的民族认同的概念则更加广泛，主要是指个体对国家民族身份的认同，这其中包含着更深层次的认同，即对我国多民族的统一和多样性的认同。

民族认同是一个复杂的问题，它包含了个体对一个民族群体的认同，以及归属感，还有个体对群体的评价。……
