摘 要 本文对大学生寝室人际关系影响因素进行问卷调查和数据定量分析，研究发现影响大学生寝室人际关系的因素主要有个性差异、生活习惯、沟通障碍、小团体、文化经济差异、竞争利益这六个方面。不同因子在性别、年级、户籍、是否独生子女和是否单亲家庭上存在一定差异，而在学科类型以及是否住过集体寝室不存在显著差异。

Abstract This paper analyzes the influence factors of college students dormitory interpersonal relationship with the questionnaire survey and data analysis. the research found that the factors affecting college students' dormitory interpersonal relationship are personality differences， living habits， communication barriers， small groups， cultural and economic differences， competitive interests of these six aspects. There are some differences in gender， grade， household registration， whether the only child and whether there is a single parent family， but there is no significant difference in the discipline type and whether there is a collective dormitory.

1 研究背景与方法

学分制体制下，寝室对于大学生来说是共同生活、交流感情的重要阵地，而寝室关系也成为了大学生人际关系的缩影，近年来由于高校寝室矛盾恶性事件的不断曝光，妥善处理好寝室人际关系已经越来越受到高校大学生思想政治教育工作者的重视。

本文通过对寝室人际关系影响因素调查，探索分析影响寝室关系的各个因素在不同维度上的差异，为构建和谐的大学生寝室人际关系提供参考。

1.1 研究对象和方法

在成都中医药大学在校生中，通过随机抽样的方式预调查150份，回收有效问卷128份。正式调查共发放800份问卷，回收786份，回收率为98.25%，有效问卷741份，有效率为92.63%。

1.2 研究工具

通过查阅大量的文献资料，结合走访20名学生的访谈结果，自编《高校大学生寝室人际关系调查问卷》，共设计34题。通过对预测128份有效问卷进行归纳、整理、探索性因素分析，问卷的KMO值为0.887，采用主成分分析法，对影响因素题目进行了探索性因素分析，综合碎石图、特征值大于1、累计贡献率大于70%三方面条件，最终选取六个因素：个性差异、生活习惯、沟通障碍、小团体、文化经济差异、竞争利益，一共可解释问卷方差总变异的78.80%。……
