摘 要：根据时代发展需求，我国大力推行以TRIZ为主要内容的创新方法。但在实践过程中，我国的TRIZ师资队伍发展缓慢，创新方法推广步履蹒跚。如何加强TRIZ师资队伍建设已经成为创新方法推广应用的关键问题之一。本文在现状分析的基础上，总结提炼TRIZ师资建设存在的不足与成因，并从师资认证标准角度提出解决思路与对策建议。

Abstract：According to the need of development of times，Our country vigorously implement the innovation methods with TRIZ as the main content.But in practice， the development of TRIZ teaching staff in our country is slow， innovation methods to promote the same. How to strengthen the construction of TRIZ teaching staff has become one of the key problems in popularization and application of innovation methods. Based on the analysis of the present situation，the paper summarize and refine the shortcomings and causes of TRIZ teachers' construction，and puts forward solutions and countermeasures from the point of view of teacher certification standards.

1 TRZI概述

TRIZ 是俄文Teoriya Resheniya Izobretatelskikh Zadatch 首字母的缩写，英译：Theory of Inventive Problem Solving，汉译：发明问题解决理论。TRIZ 是前苏联人根·里奇·阿奇舒勒在对250万件专利研究的基础上得出的发明和解决问题背后的规律。据统计，应用TRIZ方法，可以增加80%—100%的专利数量，并提高专利质量。同时，可以提高60%—70%的新产品开发效率，缩短50%新产品上市时间[1]。在实施创新驱动发展战略的社会背景下，以TRIZ为主要内容的创新方法推广应用无疑对提高我国的创新能力与创新水平，助推经济社会发展有着极为重要的现实意义。2008年，国家科技部、发展改革委、教育部、中国科协四部委制订了《关于加强创新方法工作的若干意见》（国科发财[2008]197号文件），提出要“形成良好创新氛围，建立有利于创新型人才培育的素质教育体系，逐步改变我国科学研究和技术开发跟踪模仿、高精尖科学仪器设备依赖进口的局面。培养一大批掌握科学思维、科学方法和科学工具的创新型人才，催生一批具有自主知识产权的科学方法和科学工具，培育一批拥有自主知识产权和持续创新能力的创新型企业，为实施自主创新战略、建设创新型国家提供强有力的人才、方法和工具支撑，大幅提升国家核心竞争力”[2]。……
