摘 要 培养学生的职业能力是高等职业教育的核心所在，以职业汉语能力培养为导向来指导应用文写作教学具有十分重要的意义。目前我国高职院校的应用文教学形式并不乐观，应用文写作教学中对教学实践的重视程度不够；教学方法单一，效果不佳；教材缺乏时代气息是当前高职应用文写作教学面临的主要问题，只有改革应用文写作教学实践，不断转变教师的教学观念，激发学生的学习兴趣才能更有效地提高应用文写作教学效果和教学质量，培养学生的职业汉语能力。

Abstract Cultivating students' vocational ability is the core of higher vocational education， and it is very important to guide the teaching of practical writing in Vocational College. Not optimistic about the current higher vocational colleges in our country application of the teaching form， inadequate attention to the teaching practice in the teaching of practical writing； teaching methods， a single， poor effect； teaching materials lack of the spirit of the times is main problems faced by the teaching of practical writing in higher vocational colleges， only the reform of practice teaching of practical writing， changing teachers' teaching ideas， stimulate students interest in learning can more effectively improve the practical writing writing teaching effect and quality of teaching， cultivate students' Vocational Chinese competence.

1 高职院校应用文写作教学的意义

1.1 提高学生的综合职业能力

我国的职业教育工作关注学生特定技能技能的培养，并制定出相应的人才考评标准，各用人单位对人才的需求越来越趋向综合化，要求所招的人才具备较强综合职业能力。随着时代的发展，各种新型应用文种类陆续出现，电子邮件、网络短讯、户外广告宣传等已经越来越常见，成为了工作的基本要求，这些新型应用文种类的出现极大地丰富了应用文写作的内涵。高职院校的应用文写作教学能够将传统的应用文写作教学内涵扩大化，扩大学生对应用文写作的接触面，培养学生电脑操作能力和对新兴事物的接受能力，让学生在走向工作岗位后能够拥有清晰的工作思路和方法。应用文写作课程效果良好，就必然能够提高的学生的综合职业能力，培养出有在人才市场上有竞争力的学生，更加符合用人单位的需求。……
