【摘要】目的：观察壮医药线点灸联合血液透析滤过治疗尿毒症皮肤瘙痒的疗效。方法：选择长期血液透析伴皮肤瘙痒的尿毒症患者60例，随机分为2组：药线点灸联合血液透析滤过组为观察组30例，血液透析滤过（HDF）组为对照组30例，每周透析2次，血滤1次，疗程3个月。观察治疗前后皮肤瘙痒改善情况及甲状旁腺激素（PTH）、血磷（P）、β2mG的变化。结果：两组患者治疗后皮肤瘙痒情况都有所改善，观察组效果更佳，较对照组差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：药线点灸联合HDF治疗尿毒症皮肤瘙痒疗效较好，值得进一步研究推广。

Abstract： Objective to study the zhuang medicine line point moxibustion combined hemodialysis filtration treatment the curative effect of uremia itching. Methodsto choose our long-term 60 patients with uremia hemodialysis with skin itching，were randomly divided into 2 groups： Medicine line point moxibustion combined hemodialysis filtration （line point moxibustion plus HDF） group of 30 cases. Continuous veno-venous hemodiafiltration （HDF） group and control group， 30 cases dialysis twice a week， blood filter， treatment for 3 months. Itchy skin before and after treatment was observed and parathyroid hormone （PTH）， blood phosphorus （P）， changes in the beta 2 mg.Results the medicine line point moxibustion plus HDF， HDF group after treatment in patients with itchy skin condition improved， medicine line point moxibustion plus HDF the HDF group had significant difference （P < 0.05）. Conclusion the medicine line point moxibustion plus HDF， HDF is an effective method for treatment of uremia itching， the former is more effective， can obviously alleviate the patients' physical and mental burden，improve patient quality of life.

尿毒症皮肤瘙痒是长期血液透析病人的常见并发症，单纯血液透析治疗可增加瘙痒的发生率约60%～90%[1]，严重影响了病人的生活质量，严重时甚至会产生厌世的情绪，故改善皮肤瘙痒是提高尿毒症病人生活质量的重要因素。我院应用药线点灸联合血液透析滤过治疗尿毒症皮肤瘙痒，取得较好的临床效果，现报告如下。

1 资料与方法

1.1 一般资料 选择我院2014年6月至2015年12月收治的长期血透治疗患者60例，其中男性32例，女性28例，原發病为慢性肾炎28例，糖尿病肾病12例，高血压肾病15例，痛风性肾病3例，多囊肾2例。入选标准：顽固性瘙痒经抗组胺药口服无效，排除引起皮肤瘙痒的其他皮肤病和感染的患者。将患者随机分为两组，每组各30例。观察组为药线点灸联合血液透析滤过治疗，对照组为血液透析滤过（HDF）治疗；两组在年龄、性别、原发病、透析时间、透析方式等方面差异均无统计学差异（P>0.05），详见表1。所……
