摘要：随着移动终端和校园无线网络的普及，用户对随时随地获取服务信息的需求越来越迫切，针对无线网络的应用已成为教育信息化建设的新方向和新趋势，利用校园无线网络、移动终端结合信息系统提供情景感知和基于位置的服务，是当前构建智慧校园的主要研究方向。

Research on Localization Technology Based on Wireless Network and the Design of LBS Platform in Campus

Abstract： with the popularity of mobile terminal and wireless campus network， users anytime， anywhere to get information service demand is more and more urgent， for the application of wireless network has become a new direction and a new trend of education informatization construction， the use of campus wireless network， mobile terminal with information systems provide context aware and location based services， is the current construction of the main research direction of the wisdom of the campus.

2016年2月1日 《2015年中国互联网发展报告》在北京发布，报告深度呈现了2015年中国互联网的发展现状。报告显示，在2013年以来，移动端访问上升明显，移动互联网已经开始成为网民上网的主要选择，在智能手机的快速普及下，移动端各类应用迅速发展，使得移动端不仅仅是流量入口，更开始衍生成为消费入口，与此同时，PC端的访问量逐渐下降，移动互联网的大潮已经来临。

同时，我国教育信息化建设也正在快速的发展，当前高校信息化建设已普遍进入智慧校园阶段，基于PC浏览器的信息系统已不能很好地满足用户的需求，而以基于LBS的校园信息服务系统能很好地满足这一需求，基于无线网络和移动终端提供个性化服务是当前构建智慧校园的主要研究方向。

1 无线定位技术

目前无线终端的定位方式一般可使用WiFi定位、基站定位、GPS和A-GPS几种。Wifi精准定位是通过无线保真（wi-fi）技术，实现对人或物体的精细准确定位，定位时间一般在1秒以内，定位精度3至5米；GPS定位就是用“全球卫星定位系统（GPS）进行定位，GPS定位主要应用于室外比较空旷的环境，定位时间3分钟以内，定位精度3至10米；……
