摘 要：基于山东省临朐县山楂种植基地农户的调研，选取影响农户对农业产业化经营满意度评价的20项指标，建立指标体系，运用四分图模型评价农业产业化经营的农户满意度，揭示农业产业化经营实施效果。结果表明：农户对“收货效率”、“提高收入”等的满意度好，对“改变就业方式”、“议价过程”等的满意度不够。据此，提出完善我国农业产业化经营体系，提升农户参与热情、提高农户满意度的对策建议。

Abstract Based on investigations of farmers in the hawthorn base in Linqu County of Shandong Province， twenty indexes affecting the farmers satisfaction degree with the agricultural industrial management were selected to set up the index system， then the method of quarter graph model was used to evaluate the farmers satisfaction to reveal the implementation effects of agricultural industrialization management. The results showed that the farmers had high-level satisfaction degree with the efficiency of receiving goods and raising income， but were generally unsatisfied with changing employment patterns and the bargaining process. Accordingly， some suggestions were put forward to consummate the agricultural industrialization management system， increase farmers participation enthusiasm and enhance farmers satisfaction degree.

农业产业化经营是我国改造传统农业经营模式，促进小农户与大市场有效对接，增加农户收入，推进农业现代化的重要战略措施。农业产业化经营涉及农村千家万户，农户的满意度不仅影响农业产业化经营的规模与继续壮大，也是衡量农业产业化经营社会效应的一个重要指标。因此，研究农业产业化经营的农户满意度，对于保护农户利益、完善农业产业化经营体系、促进农业经济发展等有着重要意义。

1 相关研究综述

20世纪50年代，美国学者戴维斯（J.H.Davis）和戈德伯格（R.A.Goldberg）首先提出了“农业综合体”的概念，并将其内涵概括为“农业再生产中的产、供、销三方面业务的有机联合”[1]。随后，美国学者罗纳德（Ronald.D.Knutson）详细阐述了其概念、组织形式等[2]。我国20世纪90年代开始农业产业化经营的实践探索和理论研究。陈吉元认为农业产业化经营就是市场化、社会化、集约化的农业[3]；……
