摘 要：对2002～2013年全国苹果种植成本、收益变动趋势进行了分析，并对全国六个苹果主产区的种植成本收益做出了比较。结果表明：我国苹果产业逐步进入了一个“高投资，高收益”的阶段，全国平均苹果种植总成本呈现出直线增长的态势，但增长幅度仍然低于净利润增加的幅度，成本利润率呈现出M型的波动趋势。应通过合理降低种植成本，拓展市场和营销渠道，加大政策扶持力度来促进苹果种植业的健康发展。

Abstract The cost and profit change trends in apple planting in China from 2002 to 2013 were analyzed，then those of 6 major apple planting areas were contrasted. The results showed that the apple industry in China had gradually entered into a stage of high-investment and high-profit. The national average total cost of apple planting presented a linear rising tendency， while the growth range was still lower than that of net profit， and the cost-profit ratio showed a M-type fluctuation trend. We could improve the healthy development of apple industry from aspects of reasonably decreasing planting cost， expanding markets and marketing channels， and intensifying policy supports.

苹果是世界范围内最畅销的水果之一，并在亚洲、欧洲和美洲广泛种植。我国是世界最大的苹果生产国和消费国，苹果种植面积、产量和消费量（包括鲜果消费和加工消费）均占世界总量的40%左右[1]。同时，苹果也是我国主要的水果种植和消费品种之一，在我国水果产业中有着举足轻重的地位。近年来，我国苹果生产规模快速扩大，生产效益稳步提高，对果区经济发展、果农增收和出口创汇影响巨大[2]。统计数据表明：2013全国苹果种植面积达227.22万公顷，占果园种植面积的18.37%，苹果总产量由2002年的1 924.1万吨增长到2013年的3 968.3万吨，并且2013年苹果产量占水果总产量的比重高达15.81%。本文深入研究全国苹果种植成本收益，以期对我国未来一段时间苹果产业的健康发展提供一定的借鉴。

1 全国苹果种植成本变动分析

1.1 总成本分析

全国苹果种植总成本、生产成本、土地成本总体来看呈增长趋势，666.7m²总成本由2002年的910.77元增长到2013年的4 894.61元，增长437.41%，年均增长率为17.95%。……
