摘要：鄂尔多斯市是国家煤化工产业示范基地， “十二五”期间大批煤化工项目落地鄂尔多斯。“十三五”国家陆续核准批复几个大型煤化工项目，随之而来面临的一个突出问题就是高盐水处理这一当今现代煤化工产业发展的重要瓶颈制约问题，实现废水“零排放”及结晶盐的回收处理工作是鄂尔多斯面临的亟待解决的关键问题。本文结合实际对鄂尔多斯市高盐水处理存在的主要问题、发展方向进行简要分析与探讨，以供今后高盐水处理工艺的应用参考和借鉴。

Discussion on "zero discharge" of coal chemical industry waste water in Ordos City

Abstract：Ordos is the national coal chemical industry demonstration base， a large number of coal chemical projects floor in Ordos during the "12th Five-Year" period. Our country has approved several large coal chemical projects In 13th Five-Year， an outstanding problem that comes with the problem is that the high salt water treatment is an important bottleneck restrict of the development of modern coal chemical industry， the key problems to be solved are the realization of "zero discharge" of waste water and recovery of crystalline salt in Ordos. In this paper， the main problems existing in the treatment of high salt water in Ordos City are analyzed and discussed in this paper. In order to provide reference for the application of high salt water treatment technology in the future。

现代煤化工是以煤为原料生产碳化学品及其衍生物的新型化工产业鄂尔多斯市各类煤化工项目的密集建设和发展，只有采取以环境和资源可承受能力为基础的高效率、低能耗、低污染、低排放的经济发展方式，才是现代煤化工惟一可接受的可持续发展道路。鄂尔多斯市地处于西北多旱少雨地区，水资源再利用与环境保护问题日益突出，煤化工的环保问题，归根到底是要解决煤化工废水的处理的问题。

1 煤化工的耗水量和高盐水来源及特征。

1.1 煤化工项目耗水情况

新型的煤化工主要包括煤制油、甲醇、烯烃、天然气、乙二醇、二甲醚等煤化工项目。能耗的相关指标见表1-1。

煤化工废水的显著特点是高COD（油类，酚类）、高氨氮、高色度、高无机污染物（硫化物、氰化物、盐），废水排放量大、成分复杂、难生物降解及致癌致突的特点。……
