【摘要】 目的 研究2型糖尿病对乳腺癌患者生命质量的影响。方法 以欧洲癌症研究与治疗组织QOL量表C30（EORTC QLQ-C30）分析50例原发性乳腺癌患者（对照组）和50 例2型糖尿病合并乳腺癌患者（观察组）的生命质量， 调查5年内的总生存率与无病生存率， 并进行比较。结果 根据EORTC QLQ-C30评分可知， 观察组的躯体功能、角色功能、认知功能、情绪功能、社会功能及总体健康状况评分均显著低于对照组的相应评分（P<0.05）。观察组5年内的总生存率与无病生存率显著低于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 2型糖尿病影响乳腺癌患者的生命质量， 应采取慢性病综合管理措施以提高糖尿病合并乳腺癌患者的生命质量。

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate research influence by type 2 diabetes mellitus on quality of life in breast cancer patients. Methods European organization for research and treatment of cancer QOL questionnaire-C30 （EORTC QLQ-C30） was applied to analyze quality of life in 50 patients with primary breast cancer （control group） and 50 type 2 diabetes mellitus patients with complicated breast cancer （observation group）. Their 5-year total survival rate and disease-free survival rate were researched and compared. Results The observation group had obviously lower EORTC QLQ-C30 scores of physical function， role function， cognitive function， emotion function， social function and general health condition than scores in the control group （P<0.05）. The observation group also had much lower 5-year total survival rate and disease-free survival rate than the control group （P<0.05）. Conclusion Due to influence by type 2 diabetes mellitus on quality of life in breast cancer patients， implement of comprehensive management measures for chronic disease is necessary for improving quality of life in patients with diabetes mellitus and breast cancer.

乳腺癌是一种发生于乳腺腺上皮组织的恶性肿瘤， 发病率占女性恶性肿瘤首位[1， 2]。我国是乳腺癌发病率增长最快的国家之一， 其发病率正以每年5%～20% 的速度上升。临床资料表明， 在乳腺癌患者中约有20%的人群同时患有糖尿病， 其中又以2型糖尿病患者居多[3-5]。这种情况引起了医学界的广泛关注。本院为探讨2型糖尿病对乳腺癌妇女生命质量的影响， 选取相关病例做了专项研究， 现将研究结果报告如下。

1 资料与方法

1. 1 一般资料 选取2006年 5月～2010年10月本院收治的原发性乳腺癌患者 50 例作为对照组， 2型糖尿病合并乳腺癌患者50例作为观察组， 所有患者均为女性。两组患者一般资料比较差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）， 具有可比性。见表1。

1. 2 纳入及排除标准 乳腺癌的纳入标准：经手术病理组织检查， 得到明确诊断的患者。糖尿病的纳入标准：入院时空腹血糖水平≥ 7.0 mmol/L， 或经二级以上医院确诊为2型糖尿病的患者。排除标准：①乳腺原位癌；②1型糖尿病；③未进行系统性乳腺癌治疗。……
