石菖蒲正丁醇部位化学成分研究

摘要采用现代分离技术对石菖蒲正丁醇部位的化学成分进行分离纯化，并运用波谱技术鉴定其结构.结果表明：从该植物的正丁醇部位分离得到6个化合物，分别为苄醇-β-D-木糖-(1→6)-β-D-葡萄糖苷(1)、5-羟甲基糠醛(2)、二聚5-羟甲基糠醛(3)、石菖蒲醇-12-β-D-葡萄糖苷(4)、赤式-1′,2′-二羟基细辛醚(5)、苏式-1′,2′-二羟基细辛醚(6)，其中化合物1和化合物3为首次从该属植物中分得.

Studies on Chemical Constituents of n-Butanol Extract fromAcorustatarinowiiSchott

AbstractTo study the chemical constituents of n-butanol extract fromAcorustatarinowiiSchott, the modern extraction techniques and spectral analysis were used to isolate the constituents and identify the chemical structures. Six compounds were obtained and identified as benzyl β-D-xylopyanosyl-(1→6)-β-D-glucopyranoside (1), 5-hydroxymethyl-2-furaldehyde (2), 5-(hydroxymethyl) furfural dimer (3), tataroside (4), threo-1′,2′-dihydroxyasarone (5), erythro-1′,2′-dihydroxyasarone (6). Compounds 1 and 3 were obtained from this genus for the first time.

石菖蒲为天南星科(Araceae)菖蒲属(Acorus)植物石菖蒲(AcorustatarinowiiSchott)的干燥根茎，亦名香菖蒲、药菖蒲、山菖蒲、菖蒲叶、水剑草，古称白菖[1].神农本草经曰石菖蒲能“开心孔，补五脏，通九窍”，其味辛性温，入心、胃二经，具有开窍豁痰、神益智、理气活血、散风祛湿等功效，是中药中不多的芳香开窍药之一[2].

石菖蒲主要含有挥发油(萜类、苯丙素类)、苯丙素类(苯丙酸、香豆素、木脂素)、生物碱、醌类、黄酮类、氨基酸、糖类等成分[3-9].其药理作用有镇静、抗惊厥、抗心律失常、益智健脑、抗抑郁等作用，在临床应用中常用于癫痫、老年性痴呆症、脑中风等[10].但是其药理作用的物质基础及作用机制尚不是很明确，有待进一步深入研究.

在本课题组前期对石菖蒲的化学成分研究的基础上，采用系统的提取分离方法，从其正丁醇部位分离得到了6个化合物并进行结构鉴定，为后续药理作用机制……
