摘要：借鉴国内外学者关于企业核心竞争力理论的研究成果，以北新建材企业作为案例进行分析，研究此所处的新型建材行业特点和市场环境进行分析；在此基础上，构建了企业核心竞争力评价指标体系，运用主成分分析法建立了评价模型，对北新建材的核心竞争力进行了具体识别和分析。通过组织管理创新的核心竞争力培育、品牌形象的核心竞争力培育、技术创新的核心竞争力培育等方式对北新集团建材股份有限公司核心竞争力进行培训。

Abstract： Use for reference the study achievements that scholars home and aboard about the theory of enterprise core competitiveness ， taking Beixin building materials enterprise as an example， studying the current situation thats about the new type building material Industry characteristics and the market environment. On the basis of it， it made up the evaluating indicator system of enterprise core competitiveness ，built an evaluation model with the principal component analysis， in connection with the core competitiveness of Beixin building material I distinguished and analyzed specifically. I trained Beixin Group building materials ？limited liability company on the core competitiveness through these ways ， cultivating of organizing and managing the innovative core competitiveness ，of the brand image core competitiveness and of technological innovation core competitiveness

一、绪论

随着全球经济一体化不断深入发展，中国企业和世界经济的联系越来越紧密，由于中国企业不熟悉世界贸易规则，贸易摩擦、关税及非关税壁垒等国际竞争影响的不断加大，使中国企业面临更加严峻的挑战。2008年经济危机之后，全球经济发展陷入一个低潮期，中国经济发展亦受到很大的冲击，尤其是建材、钢铁等制造业损失惨重。随着全球经济竞争日趋激烈，中国企业面临国内和国际两个市场的竞争，而企业间的竞争将主要是企业核心竞争力的展现，如何开发和提升企业核心竞争力是中国企业目前考虑的重要问题。

中国企业核心竞争力低下的原因有：一是以公有制为主体的计划经济体制的长期存在运行，形成了过度的贸易保护政策，从而导致市场价格失衡和产业竞争的无序发展。……
