[摘要] 目的 探讨舒适护理在妊娠高血压综合征产妇围生期的应用效果。 方法 选取2013年3月～2015年6月在我院分娩的妊娠高血压综合征患者118例，以随机数字表法将其分为两组，各59例，对照组给予常规护理，观察组在对照组基础上给予舒适护理，分析两组护理效果。 结果 观察组自然分娩率、新生儿Apgar评分、护理总满意率均显著高于对照组，子痫及大出血发生率均显著低于对照组。 结论 为妊娠高血压综合征产妇实施围生期舒适护理有利于促进其尝试自然分娩，可减少不良事件及新生儿窒息发生风险，有利于构建和谐护患关系，值得临床推广。

[Abstract] Objective To explore the application effect of comfortable nursing in perinatal period of maternal gestational hypertension syndrome. Methods 118 maternal gestational hypertension syndrome patients from March 2013 to July 2015 of our hospital were selected.Patients were divided into two groups by random number table，and each group was 59 cases.Control group was given routine nursing，observation group was given comfortable nursing on the basis of control group.The nursing effect of two groups were analyzed. Results The rate of natural delivery，newborn Apgar score and nursing total satisfaction in observation group were obviously higher than that of control group，but the incidence of eclampsia and massive hemorrhage was obviously lower than that of control group. Conclusion Conducting comfortable nursing for perinatal period of maternal gestational hypertension syndrome is helpful to promote natural birth，reduce adverse effects and neonatal suffocation risk and build a harmonious relationship between nurses and patients.It is worth to popularize in clinic.

妊娠高血压综合征为妊娠期高血压综合征的简称，也有“妊娠中毒症”之称，属于临床常见妇产科疾病[1]。患者临床表现主要为头晕、水肿、血压升高、头痛等。妊娠高血压综合征大多数发生在妊娠20周以后，在孕妇中的发生率为5%左右，若得不到及时有效的治疗，该病可引发全身性痉挛或昏迷，给孕妇身心造成严重影响，同时可对胎儿的生命安全造成严重威胁[2-3]。研究发现[4-5]，给予妊娠高血压综合征产妇有效的护理干预可促使其不良事件发生率降低，对母婴安全有重要意义。本研究中，选取我院118例妊娠高血压综合征患者并随机分组，分别给予常规护理与舒适护理，结果显示舒适护理效果更为明显，现报道如下。……
