汽车电子技术生产性实训基地建设的实践与思考

［摘要］开放和共享型汽车电子技术生产性实习实训基地可以实现产业契合度高、校企合作紧密、社会服务能力强的目的，能极大地丰富教学资源，本文从校企合作体制机制、硬件环境、指导教师团队、实践教学体系和社会服务能力等方面入手，提出了“以学校为依托，以企业为主体”的运行管理机制，从而实现公共实训基地的可持续发展。

Rractice and Ponderation of Construction of the Automotive Electronics Technology Production Training Base

［Abstract］An open and shared production practice training base of the automobile electronic technology can achieve the purpose of the high industry integrating degree, the close enterprise cooperation, and the great social service ability, and can greatly enrich the teaching resources. Considering the cooperation between the enterprise and the school, the hardware environment, the team of faculty adviser, the practical teaching system, the social serving ability and so on, this paper proposes the operation and management mechanism, which depends on colleges and regards enterprise as the main body, and thus realizes the sustainable development of the common training base.

引言

近10年来，湖南省装备制造业已形成一定的产业规模，工程机械、电工电器、汽车、轨道交通等装备制造产业已成为推进湖南工业化进程、促进产业的结构调整与优化升级的重要力量。作为战略性新兴产业之一的汽车产业，为应对传统产业改造提升和战略性新兴产业发展的需求，急需一大批能够维护、维修、管理、消化先进技术的汽车电子技术技能型人才。而建立融产学研和社会服务功能于一体的汽车电子技术生产性校企合作实习实训基地（以下简称实训基地），是推动全省职业院校汽车电子类专业实践教学水平和人才培养质量提高的迫切需要。
