新常态下提升职业院校师资水平的有效途径研究

［摘要］在经济新常态下，产业变革正在悄悄影响用工形势，企业更需要职业素质强的技术技能人才；一支能教能研的双师型队伍是根本保障，理论与实践一体化课程建设是建设双师型队伍的有效途径。理论与实践的教学内容相融合，学生在“做中学，学中做”，教师在“教中研，研中教”，教室、实训室和教师工作室合三为一，教学与科研融为一体，课程资源建设与教师技能提升融为一体。

Effective Ways of Improving Teachers of Vocational Colleges under the New Normality

［Abstract］Under the new economic situation, the industrial revolution is quietly affecting the employment situation, and enterprises need more talents with good technical skills. A team of double-certified teachers, who can teach and research, is the fundamental guarantee, and the course construction of integrating theory and practice is an effective way to construct the team of double-certified teachers. The teaching content is composed of theory and practice, and students learn by doing and do by learning, and teachers teach by research and research by teaching, and the classroom, the training room and the teacher's studio are combined, and teaching and research are integrated, and the construction of curriculum resources and the teachers' skills are integrated.

在经济新常态下，产业变革正在悄悄影响用工形势。当下的劳动力市场，透露出怎样的用工信号？转型升级的经济结构中，社会需要什么样的人才？毋庸置疑，社会需要职业素质强的技术技能人才。我院在九十年代就提出“双纲”“双轨”“双师”“双证”的“四双制”教学理念，按此教学理念我们培养了一批职业素质强的技术技能人才，但是还远远没有普及到所有学生；对大量学生来说其技术技能的提升需要采取更适合他们自身特点的教学模式和教学方法，这就需要一批具有技术技能型的教师来进行教学。因此，摆在高职院校面前的一个重要任务就是如何提升师资队伍的技术技能水平，如何打造一支职业素养高的技能型教师队伍。笔者认为完成这一任务需要开展以下几个方面工作。……
