摘 要 目的：评价牙本质保护膜（hybrid coat，HC）和脱敏剂（Gluma）治疗磨牙牙合 面磨损牙本质过敏症的疗效。方法：选择2012年12月至2014年6月就诊的牙本质过敏症患者67例共128颗磨牙，随机分为劲润牙本质保护膜组（HC组，65颗）和格鲁玛脱敏组（Gluma组，63颗）进行脱敏治疗，比较治疗即刻、3个月及6个月的疗效。结果：HC组的即刻有效率为92.30%（60/65），Gluma组为88.89%（56/63），组间差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。两组3个月和6个月时的疗效均低于即刻疗效，但差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。结论：两种脱敏剂均有效，HC的即刻疗效优于Gluma脱敏剂。

Observation of the effects of two kinds of desensitizers in the treatment of dentine hypersensitivity of occlusal surface

ABSTRACT Objective： To evaluate the effects of the dentin protective film and desensitizer in the treatment of dentine hypersensitivity of abrasion of occlusal surface of molars. Methods： From Dec. 2012 to June 2014， 67 patients with 128 molars were selected and randomly divided into a Jinrun dentin protective film group with 65 teeth and Gluma desensitizer one with 63 teeth for the desensitization treatment， and the effects were compared after the treatment of the immediate finishing， 3 and 6 months. Results： The immediate effect rates were 92.30% in the dentin protective film group and 88.89% in the Gluma desensitizer one and the difference between the two groups had the statistical significance （P<0.05）. The effects were lower after the 3 and 6 months than in the immediate treatment in the both groups， but the difference had no statistical significance （P>0.05）. Conclusion： Both desensitizers have the effect and the immediate effect of the dentin protective film is better than that of Gluma desensitizer.

牙本质过敏症是常见的口腔疾病，表现为患牙受到冷、热、酸、甜刺激及刷牙咀嚼时出现短暂而尖锐的疼痛，并且不能归因于其他特定原因引起的牙体缺损或病变[1]。我科对浅凹型不能充填覆盖的牙本质过敏症磨牙牙合 面分别涂布劲润牙本质保护膜（hybrid coat，HC）和格鲁玛脱敏剂（Gluma），观察两种方法的临床疗效。

1 资料与方法

1.1 一般资料

选择2012年12月至2014年6月就诊的牙本质过敏症患者67例共128颗磨牙，其中男32例，女35例，年龄25～76岁。采用随机单盲法将患者分为HC组32例（65颗）和Gluma组35例（63颗）。所有患牙均为牙合 面磨损，不能采取充填治疗，无龋损和修复体，未发生过急、慢性牙髓炎，无正畸及牙周病治疗史，患牙均有牙本质过敏症状，冷诊及探诊敏感，敏感程度为2或3度的牙齿，从未接受脱敏治疗，治疗期间不使用脱敏牙膏。

1.2 方法

HC组采用劲润牙本质保护膜（日进齿科材料公司，日本），主要成分：①基液由丙酮、甲基丙烯酸酯类、丙烯酸酯类，4-META、水和其他成份组成；……
